A working class bar in a working class neighborhood. It was recently remodeled, although I can't tell the difference. You will probably be the only gringos in the place. $8AR to get in the door, which is good for your 1st drink. $8AR for regular drinks, $20AR for ladies drinks, but there's no requirement to buy one to take a chica out. Chicas are $50AR for 30 min including a room in the transitorio hotel next door, or $60AR for a better room in an apartment around the corner. You have to pay in advance to the chica, who then gives it to the club and later gets her 50% back. There is an occassional strip show. The girls keep their "stuff" in a bank of lockers in the back of the room, so if you see them head to their locker, they're on their way out the door. Don't worry, she'll be back in 30 minutes just for you. Yuck!
I had another great experience at Dolly's in Flores. Dolly's is located on Avenida Directorio 2820 and La Fuente. As Previously posted, NVidia is very close to Doly's. If you make the long drive up to Flores checkout both clubs.
Doly's has a nicer setup compared to NVidia. It's in a much larger building, has a few more pool tables, the fuck rooms are larger, porn playing on the TV, and some live entertainment. Ten peso's to enter includes one large bottle of Quilmes. Prices for the chica are 60p for 1/2 hour. Not sure on the hourly rate because I never opt for it, but it's probably120p.
We arrived somewhat late 3:00am the place had about 30-40 girls working. Their quality varied from 4 to a few 8's but mostly 6's. I noticed a hot Dominican walk into the room. Immediately some dude was on her, but she ended up walking away from him. I brought her over to the table. Her name was Sarah and she was extremely beautiful up close from head to toe. Maybe it was because of the weekend, but it was packed full of Argentinos at 3am. So many that you could not tell if there were chicas there or not. Drank the 10 peso large Quilmes beer watched one stage show and left.

Yes we visited Dolys last night to mixed reveiws from us all. I can tell you that El G is right that there are more chicas there as JN reported, than on my previous visit and some of them were hotties! Doly's is a fun place if you don't mind the 15-20 minute cab ride from Retiro / Recoleta (approx 17 pesos) This is a very large place with 3 pool tables, a stage to watch some of the girls dance, lots of tables, and a big screen TV playing porn (as well as smaller TVs around the room) I went on a number of nights and was charged the same each time. The prices I paid: 15 p entrance including one drink; 80 p for 30 minutes; 120 p for 40 minutes; 140 p for one hour. This included the room next door. Dolys is a classic of Flores. I had to visit it.
After Envidia, I visited the place for 45 minutes. ARS 15 the entrance.
Inside, decor and setup slightly changed (no more girls locker area visible from the entrance) Many girls ahve been working there for ages, since I recognized at least 5 of them from before. 30 or so girls, very few doable from my standards.
Lots of guys, but not as many as I remembered for a late Friday.
Envidia looks much better, IMHO.

Doly's is still rocking and rolling.
I loved drinking beer here, big bottle of Bud for 15 pesos (think I got the price right) Now they only have Quilmes. Well, less money for ImBev.
They're doing renovations, so only the side with the pool tables is open tand the bar that used to be in the middle isn't there. There's a bar on the wal when you come in.
30 girls, usual supply of Dominicanas, I'd say a little better than Envidia but there were some good ones there as well.
They also play good music (see my Top Secret report) so I give Doly's the preference over Envidia to hang out. Also a little more room to breathe in Doly's.
My recommendation: go with someone, split the new cab fare, take in Envidia and Dolys and you'll have a good evening.

Have been to Dolys twice now during my return to Buenos Aires. Much has changed since my last visit. The bar area has been remodeled and appears much larger. There are two pool tables in the rear of the place and the girls are often playing a game or two, by themselves or with customers. There is a large dance stage with a pole, and occasionally a show will occur. A working girl told me that they hire the dancers and that the dancers are not available. I cannot confirm, but did not see the dancers on the main floor later. Lots of seating available. The rooms are next door and are basic, but large. Aircon, toilet, sink, bidet. Full sized mattress. The room is cleaned by the cleaning staff after each client, but I do not think the sheets are changed.
Entrance is now 25 pesos and includes one drink (price is posted on the door) The girls charge 100 p for 30 minutes and 200 p for one hour. The room next door is included in the price. Once next door in the building with the rooms, the girl will inform the cleaning staff of her presence and will take you to the room. Although you are supposed to get 30 minutes, it has been my experience that the maids will call to the girl after only 22 to 25 minutes. Depending on your girl, she may then give you the extra five minutes, or start to hussle you out.
There are about 25 to 30 girls available, a wide range of girls, ranking from 4 to 7 (on a scale of 10) Unlike Envidia, where all the girls were young (ish) and fresh, many women at Dolys are much older (late 30s, maybe even a couple close to 40 years old) and some are NOT fresh. The girls at Dolys will gently approach you when you are sitting at a table, but will generally leave without a scene if they are not your type. I did not buy any drinks for the girls, but I think the cheapest girl drink is 40 p.
Dolys vs Envidia? Well for this trip I think I liked Envidia better, given the younger and generally prettier girls. I actually also preferred the rooms at Envidia, even though they were smaller.
