Have been here for a week with SO and finally had some time to myself to hook up. Met Jenifer from Giselle's list the other night and she was a nice time. HOWEVER, I am just not a fan of this town for mongering. Maybe I am spoiled because my last two international trips have been to Berlin and Kiev. In Ukraine you see a 7 or 8 every couple steps walking on Krestchatik. Here there are just not many attractive women. Maybe you see a 7 out of about 40 young women who cross your path on the street. Of all my travels I have probably not seen so many unattractive females. I did meet some locals and go to Bizarren Musik Parti last Saturday (https://www.facebook.com/bizarren). I would recommend this party to anyone that is looking for freebies and has any game There were thousands of females there every shape and form and it seemed like one of the biggest meat markets I have seen in awhile. If you like dancing and partying this is a good option. I wonder why all the hot females I have seen are at this party. They have it about twice a month. I got very sick with flu on my trip to BA. That halted my mongering activities. I think I will just save the $700 I had saved for ladies and use that for a trip next month to Koln for the FKKs. Not only is it a real task to meet the ladies here, but it does not seem to pay off like other top mongering destinations I have been to. When I am paying good money I want to be able to have 8's and 9's not have to settle for 6's and 7's. Sorry for the rant but BA is not what I expected I thought there were beautiful women everywhere here.

This forum has been my only resource since I got here. I have been using it exclusively. It is the only way I even know how to go about this stuff in this country. You can tell by my posts from the first day I got here. And you can see just how active I have been. Of the other Argentina forums on the web, this is the only one left that has any recent activity whatsoever.
Anywhoo, I just got back from Orleans. I think things are definitely smoother as long as it is not too close to sundown. And things are definitely more palatable before kirchner's kidz wake up, and get out and about, to cause grief.
Nothing to write home about because all I got out of orleans, was the lunch special. And after being here for 3 weeks, I am fairly certain that is the only thing this town actually has to offer. This is critical advice to anyone who is thinking about travelling to BA. But to be fair, it will be a good lunch.
So I get there and walk in. There are girls there, and much to my surprise, 2 of them strike my fancy. I go ahead and get assertive. I go over and sit at the table next to each of them, I engage them with a smile, and I sit down to order food and coffee. They know what's up. One of them was clearly waiting for someone because she was on her cell phone and her head was constantly darting around. The second one was not engaging me, so I engaged her. I turned on the ole charm, eventually had her laughing, and warm to me. I think she was tired or just not on the clock. I was there a while, I gave her every opportunity to escalate, and made it abundantly clear that I am out for a good time, I am down for anything, and have no schedule to keep.
But all to no avail. Like I said, I am fairly certain that it wasn't anything personal. In whatever way, and for whatever reason, she was simply not on the clock. As it was about 5 pm, I grabbed a cab out of there, rather than chance being stuck on that side of town at sunset, or worse yet, after kirchner's kidz crawled up from out of the sewer, to start their good day.There is nothing wrong with downtown BA, the Micro Centro. Day or night as long as you know where you are and where to go you will be just fine.
Especially the places that all of us go to, Hook, Cattos and Ness. Perfectly safe! Don't act like a tourist and pay a street urchin a bribe out of fear. Don't feed the animals!
Excedera is absolutely safe.
Orleans is full of ugly old Pros and a Cocasional sperm bank.
I can assure you that San Telmo is a lot more dangerous than Micro Centro!
Especially after sundown!
If you use unknown escorts or Privados then you pay your money and you take your chances.
There is a wealth of info on this site that if people will spend the necessary time that it takes to ensure that they will have a great time then it will happen.
Use recommended Chicas.
Go to recommended bars.
Avoid the Chicas and bars that are on the No Fuck List.

Thanks in advance.Sundays can be tough, try Esmeralda 847, piso 12 H, at Paraguay (Brisa Masajes). At the buzzer say "chicas" and head in to the elevator at the back. If you want more than massage and happy ending, I think FS is common here, but to be sure let the lady in charge know you want "servicio conventional" (AKA FS) and request a VIP room.

I don't think that those chicas would come down to 600, but for the same 600 pesos you can find hundreds of much better performing hookers within 10 minutes walk from that cafe, provided that it's a weekday afternoon.
For me, Orleans is a place just to have beer and watch people come and go. Not a pick up point. Enjoy BA.

One old chica who has been there for years has lost some weight and does not look as bad as before came over and chatted me up. Did drop by often, but just to have coffee and window shopping. Usually, I had some massage lady do an outcall at my hotel around 10/11 am after breakfast. That way, I had my fun and could rest for the night classes.

Told me she was an student in some design school. I felt I had won the lottery.
Did not see her in subsequent visits there.

Those are usually fresh, not saddled with all the quricks of the trade and just trying to have a good time while they make a good income.

So last time I was there I stopped by NO just to say high to the waiter I have gotten to know. I have never met anyone there for takeout. Anyway, a super cute girl in tight jeans comes in and sits down. I am thinking luck may have changed and had nothing to do for a couple hours. So I walk over and in my horrible Spanish start asking what her details are at which time she tells me in perfect English that she doesn't speak Spanish and is lost. Could I help her back to her hotel....of course all the other ladies were pissed and telling the waiter she shouldn't be there. Too funny that the only girl I ever wanted to leave with was a tourist!

The clubs are closing at a fast clip. First the "elite" Recoleta clubs and then the boliches - Cattos, Cafe Orleans.
The way it is going only a few fly by night privados and internet "blind date" sites will remain. I doubt it will ever go back to the way it was, at least not for awhile.

The clear prevailing mentality however is to close boliches and anything that looks like "obvious" prostitution. I can't see the election changing that mentality much. Its hard to put that prudish cat back in the bag once it gets out. Not politically feasible these days.
Add in the fact that with the closing of boliches it gives real estate developers the opportunity to grease hands that need greasing and come in with offers to renovate/build in the old spots. We've been seeing that the world over for years.

I walked by Cafe Orleans today. It was open but empty of the usual clientele. In the window there were handwritten signs promoting low prices on salads, chicken and meat dishes, etc.
Apparently they have adopted a new business model. They are only going to sell food and drink going forward. I wish them the best:-).

Much of the time you were lucky to find a seat and the place would be loaded with 8's or better.
That was also the time when getting dollars into Argentina was just stopping off at an ATM. I averaged 10,000 dollars a month with no fees.

Been there a few times this trip, after place got busted. No chicas during the day, they show up after five and they are only 3 or 4. No Dominacans, I think a lot of them were illegal aliens and were deported.
There is one really good one named Maria also uses name Euge. She said she posted a few years ago, but got a lot of negative comments from people she never meant. Looked up old posts, some have been deleted, I am not sure what issues were. There are some pictures of her. Today her hair is not as dark and looks a tad older.
However, she is a dynamo in bed, speaks English, good bbbj, I think she is pretty good looking, and up for anything, except no cola.
Price: started at 2000p, I said no, offered 1000, ten minutes later came back said ok, worked deal for more time and more money. At first she wanted money up front, after being burned on prior ocassions, said no. A little tense came to agreement, from there things went great. Had second session, did not ask for money up front, had a great time.

I walked by Cafe Orleans today around 3 pm, just for old time's sake. It was totally empty. RIP Cafe Orleans, another monger destination hits the dust.
In the last few days the girls from Orleans and there are only four, are hanging out at the restaurant across the street with the outdoor dining. (It is a regular restaurant with normal customers, food is not bad, and prices are pretty good). Today I saw them there around 1:00 and again when i walked by at 8:30. Just be careful you do not proposition a secretary on a her lunch break or a girl waiting for her boyfriend, that could go super bad, super fast.
Cafe Orleans is only 2 blocks from my apartment so it is easy to look in on.
On 2 occasions there has been 1 girl and 1 potential buyer, me, in the place.
Both times 3000 pesos was the asking price.
First time, Diana, I would not have been interested at 800.
Second time, Maria, came down to 1200 but not 1500 for 2 hours.
Both girls did speak English.
They seem to think that the limited supply there justifies their price.
The demand went elsewhere.
One other girl spotted there, tall English speaking girl from Ecuador, if I remember correctly.
She has been around for years, did her 5 or 6 years ago and would not repeat.
Girl on internet quoted 1200 for 1 hour, 3000 for 2. May be good in bed but failed math.

I first went to Café Orleans in Mid April and got there around 9:00PM. It looked dirty, and there were about four chicas there, none better than a 6, at best. Was not impressed. As I went by there today while going to lunch, there were no girls, but the place actually looked cleaner and neater. Maybe the ambiance changes throughout the day. I don't think I am interested in the girls at 2000 pesos as mentioned by Don B., but am not sure what my options are.
