Hello my friends.

I'm planning my first trip in Argentina (BA) next November.

Probaly be. A. Is not Pattaya, but I think it can work as well.

I'll travel with 2 friends and "chicas" are not the first priority, so, probably, we'll take a good hotel with shared room or one apt.

But when we got a chica, are hourly hotel easy to find?

Has the chica any problem about it?

Rates?

Thanks

ThanksSeriously they are everywhere, rates are about 30 pesos for an hour and a half. More for better rooms.

For 1h-1/2 is cheap! I understand that in BA the girl's rate are x hour.

So I think this kind of hotel is perfect. I found some in Brazil very nice and with incredible service (when you take the room, the owner give you the "sex pack" with many condom, oil, vaseline.

Thank

Most of them have condoms, soap and towels but I don't recal seeing lube in any of them. Also most professional places provide tulipan condoms which are as thick as rubber gloves. Swing by a kiosko and buy some Primes, I like the black pack they are thin. Also some of them have little packs of lube in them if completo is your thing.

I've been in La Fusta last week, located in Baez and J. Newbery for the first time and it was simply bad, maybe I was expecting something better, since it's just impossible to find a room on weekends. I've choosed the medium rate (minimum is 32 or something medium 38 and jaccuzzi suite 48) something like that. I was disappointed and I reccomend better the hotel on Demaria st and Cervino, the independeant apartment (70 pesos) great place (I don't remember the exact address now).

I am going to BA for the first time this October. Do these hourly hotels have porn on the TV. What about the apartments or spas?

Believe me, you won't be interested in watching porn when you can be doing it for real. Just research the threads for a mix of clubs, boliches, privados, departmentos, massage parlors, and escort websites, plan your attack, and get started. The only thing you'll need your room for is sleeping or fucking.

I'm heading back to BA but I've never used a transitorio before. This trip, I'm staying in hotels that are more backpacker like and I don't think bringing back a girl would be the best idea. So I'll probably be taking advantage of the transitorio option. Are there recommend ones? Is that one at the end of the street where Madaho's is any good? Is there a good one down by the downtown triangle? What should I expect to pay so I won't get ripped off?

I just found Jackson's list under clubs and boliches. I'm still curious about the cost. There were some postings say it was 30 pesos per 1.5 hours. Is that what I should expect.

I would appreciate if someone could tell me what is / are the best transitorios. I want something in a good hood (the cost is a secondary issue).

Thanks

I had seen these two, I just wondered if anyone in the forum had first hand experience with them.

Thanks again

Most of the girls work (and prefer) the short time hotels (albergue transitorio) In whatever area they are, they will take you to the one they are familiar with.

Just go there, you will be fine.

The girl will be more friendly and relaxed if she is in a known place. They know the manager, the waitress, the food and drinks, and they feel safe.

Remember they do not know YOU.

And if she makes a couple of pesos from the (posted) room rates, good for her.

You will get the benefits.

Enjoy

Chipaco is right - there are many reasons why you will have a more relaxed session in a transitorio! Both chicas and mongers have MANY horror stories about trips to apts. hotel rooms.

These transitorios are there to provide a comfy and safe place to enjoy yourselves, without worrying about security, messes, etc.

After you have been to a few you may develope favorites, but they are pretty much all just fine. Some are a little fancier but I have never been to one that wasn't just fine (they may exist, but I've been to quite a few!)

David

I can tell you that I have used the Horizonte quite a few times and have always been pleased. It is located around the corner from Cafe' Orleans and most the ladies working there know it very well and are comfortable there. They offer porn on their TVs, music, drinks and snacks along with condoms, clean towels, soap and combs in packages. I have the ladies order the drinks while we shower and they have the drinks there by the time we get out of the shower. I have gotten pepsi, cokes, coffee or evening beer in the evenings. The Horizonte is actully close enough, that I have also used it with chicas occassionally from the triangle. They have swings, hot tubs and even a love bench! I am enclosing a photo of the LOVE BENCH! I found it a lot of fun on my visits!

They have "basic" rooms, "theme" rooms, and "Thema, Jacuuzzi" rooms. Each at an increasing rate. Can't recall if they have jacuzzi only rooms.

Think I paid $55AR or $65AR for a theme room.

(I wasn't really interested in playing Tarzan, just thought it would generally be a step up for all the facilities. - size, cleanliness, etc. It was nice and well done.

When you entered there was a nice sink on the right with with an open walled, tiled shower to the left and a room to the right of the sink with a toilet and bidet (not sure about the bidet)

Straight ahead was some sort of thatched roof jungle hut with a pole in the center for whatever. You walked around the hut to the bedroom with a king or queen sized bed, TV with porn, lighting controls.

All very clean.

If you have been in hourly places in the states this was like the Ritz in comparison.

Hey guys, perhaps you can help me out.

I am staying in an apartment at Corrientes and Suipacha. The gas went out so I can't take a hot shower.

I don't want to move, so I was thinking about finding a transitorio just to take showers. I will be leaving the apartment in a week anyway.

Anyone know of a transitorio nearby that I could use to take showers? It would be great if they spoke english, so I could explain my weird request.

Don't mind paying the rate if its not too high.

Thanks

A gym would be cheaper, I think. I believe the Le Parc on San Martin has daily rates. I can't remember the cross street but it is near Cordoba. Or I bet you Gisell would let you shower at her place for a small fee. 4322.1274; English spoken, they have heard every strange request in the world I am sure, but not normally open on Sundays.

ThanksBig Nose,

For Christ sake's man, wise up!

If the gas has been shut off, then you would be perfectly justified in terminating your contract. Call the agent, tell them you aren't going to accept an apartment with no hot water, get a refund, and then move into a place with some class:

http://www.argentinaconexion.com/santefe-2630-4a/index.html

Call me and I'll give you a special price of only $40 USD per night, or $250 a week.

Thanks,

Jackson

According to TejanoLibre if you get there after 2 or 3 am you can stay until 9am for 40 or 50p. Ask Him.

Last night I paid 140 peso (and 22 for some drinks and food) for a night at a room (Thematico con Hydro) and it's beginning to cost some serious money to get laid, even though I like what they offer.

Talk to Ramero at the l'Alliance restaurant. 945 Cordoba. Unless the prices have really gone crazy.

Maybe you can ask for a discount (which I won't) but the prices are somewhere in the 100's for the cheapest rooms.

As you might have read, the apartment I was in lost its gas supply, and I was forced to deal with not having hot showers. I tried to stay there, but it really was not reasonable.

My dilema had a happy ending, thanks to Jackson.

I ended up taking him up on his offer to rent his apartment on Santa Fe at Pueyrredón.

Just wanted to report to the group that this apartment is very very nice.

I have stayed at several apartments in Recoleta and Puerto Madero, and this is the nicest.

Everything is new, and upgraded from the level you might expect. Most rental apartments cut corners on the apliances and fixtures, but not this one.

For instance, the TVs are large flat panel, the sound system is surround with sub-woofer, the microwave is digital instead of analog, and there are plenty of nice plates and glasses. The building is new and classy and has 24 hour guard.

For those that don't know, the location is kewl, with plenty of restaurants and shopping, where people with money live. And the subway station is one block away.

Jackson cut me a deal, but it is a bargain at his full asking price.
