http://www.guillebaires.com.ar/I noticed a small but seemingly very accurate article about Belgrano which is a district I prefer as a residential option over Recoleta on account of its quiet ambiance.

Bit of a (cheap) cab ride to get there and to my knowledge no chicas. The locals also appear less tolerant of chicas wandering in, but then why shit where you eat.
