This is a small restaurant almost across from Cumana. It is Rodriguez Pena and Santa Fe. It is right next to the bus stop so you get some bus exhaust coming into the restaurant. Get a window seat anyway because a lot of chicks walk by constantly.

I ordered the special written on the board outside - cuadril and papas fritas for 10 pesos. I think cuadril is like rump roast. It ended up being pot roast with strips of onions and red peppers. The fried potato pieces were dropped in the meat juice. Bread is served on the side.

It was a small and very tasty lunch. If, for some strange reason, you want something like grandma's pot roast in Argentina, you can find it here. Bano upstairs was clean.
