Which clubs / boliches have the younger girls. Are there many 18 year olds out there?

I'm arriving next week. Will be based in Recoleta.

I think I went to the Shamrock once. The crowded Irish pub in Recoleta?

Are there working girls in there? Thought it was just all backpackers, etc.

Seems like a bogus post. Take time and read the forum.

I'd be very careful about using the phrase "younger girls" as these words are often used on websites and in chat rooms as code words by pedophiles seeking information about "younger girls".

Women must be 21 years or older to "work" in Argentina, including in the clubs and as escorts.

It's possible than Argentina might not be the best destination for you.

No. I seriously meant women of the age of consent.

No. I seriously meant women of the age of consent.Hi DB,

There are two age limits you should be aware of:

The Age of Consent, which is the age that women can legally have sex with adults, is 18.

The Age of Majority, which is the age that women can be paid for sex (and get married without their parent's permission, get photographed for commercial purposes without their parent's permission, etc.) is 21.

Thanks,

Jackson

If 21 is the age of majority do half the girls working at Hook have notes from their mommy's and daddy's?

We've been round and round about this. Someone on the board claimed to have even asked his attorney who said 21. I've asked numerous chicas, none of whom were under 21, and all have said 18. The age of consent is another frequent topic of discussion. Wikipedia says:

"In Argentina, the age at which there are no restrictions for sexual activities is 18, while the minimum age of consent is 13 regardless of gender and / or sexual orientation. Although sexual acts are generally legal with those 13 and over (Argentine Penal Code, Article 119 - in Spanish) the following restrictions apply in certain circumstances.

Restrictions apply for sex with adolescents between the ages of 13 and 16 (Argentine Penal Code, Article 120) Charges can only be brought after a complaint by the minor, their parent or guardian - (Argentine Penal Code Article 72) (however, the State prosecutes when the minor has no parent or legal guardian, or when the offender is one of them)

The restrictions mentioned above (for ages between 13 and 16) apply whenever someone over 18, taking advantage of the sexual immaturity of the minor or of his superiority (preeminencia) with respect to the minor, practices one of the following acts:

* creates an abusive situation of sexual submission severely "outrageous" to the minor, either continuously or for its circumstances (Article 120 combined with Article 119, 2nd paragraph);

* or when any type of sex (acceso carnal) is obtained by the means of violence, threat, abusive coercion, or harassment in a relationship of dependence, authority or power, or by taking advantage of the fact that the minor, for any reason, couldn't freely give consent -

(Arg. Penal Code, Article 120 combined with Article 119, 1st and 3rd paragraphs)

There is also a further Argentine law, 'Corruption of minors', which can bring charges to those manipulating minors below the age of 18 into having sexual relations - (Argentine Penal Code Article 125 - in Spanish) Penalties are aggravated in three situations:

* (a) if the minor is under 13;

* (be) when sex is obtained by the means of deceit, violence, threat, abuse of authority or by any other means of intimidation or coercion, as well as when the offender is a parent or legal guardian, brother / sister, spouse, or someone who is a constant companion or who is responsible for educating or guarding the minor; or.

* (c) when the offender takes advantage of being a previous companion to the minor, in order to violate any of the restrictions aforementioned for ages between 13 and 16 (Argentine Penal Code - Article 119, 4th paragraph, section "f" - in Spanish)"

This contains penal codes sites one could investigate if one wanted to, but I think the whole 21 to take money thing is BS. Wouldn't gals under 21 lie about their age if that were true? Because they don't. I have screwed exactly three women under 21 the whole time I've been here. Two I paid and both were 18 and I checked both their IDs. One worked in Salome and one in Oro. The other one was 19 and that was free (checked her ID too) Several other times I've checked chicas' IDs (I do that if they look anywhere near being too young) and never had one under 21 who was lying, although I never went with any other ones in that age range. I asked Pancho who owns Catto's and he also told me 18.

Here's another source that says 13:

http://www.avert.org/aofconsent.htm

Andres told me it was 14. The above site contains the following note (among others):

"If more than one age is given then the law within that country or state varies according to region or circumstances. In particular, some countries have regional laws that may overrule the federal law. Also in some cases the age of consent is lower when partners are of a similar age. Where the symbol ? is used, information is either incomplete or unavailable.

In some countries the age of consent is higher for those taking part in commercial sex. In many countries the age of consent is higher when one partner is in a position of trust with regard to the other, or when one partner takes advantage of the other's immaturity."

Regardless of any of this there is a separate minimum age requirement of 18 for US citizens traveling abroad.

Here's a source that says 13 for males and 16 for females, which also sounds like bullshit:

http://www.citynews.ca/news/news_1423.aspx

This one says it's 15:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/low/uk/3699814.stm

So I hope that helps, although I doubt that it does with all the mumbo jumbo.

Bottom line is.

For a woman to legally work in the sex business in Argentina, she must be 21 years old. Andres will tell you this. Any escort website will tell you the same.

Even talking about girls under the age of 21 on the local forums will get you BANNED outright. I don't understand why you guys are doing it on Jackson's forum.

Whether or not there are some people who break the law is another matter.

------------------------------

If you want to pay for it, make sure she's 21. If not, you are breaking Argentinian law.

BM.

DH - that about sums it up.

21 is the minimum age for a person to do business transactions or sign contracts without parental consent.

18 is old enough to hold a full time job and receive wages for it.

A person can't marry till he or she is 21 without parental consent as it concerns signing a contract but with they can marry at 14 if the parents sign in consent. At 18 they can ask permission from a judge to marry.

Therefore the real issue here is where the girls stand as to being commercially responsible for the services provided. They can accept money for doing a job like a 19 year old boy can charge for fixing your plumbing or painting your kitchen door but they couldn't be held responsible for not doing the job correctly; painting your door red instead of green, connecting the hot water to the cold water tap or giving you a cbj where a bbbj was promised.

Lots of things in this country are in a grey zone. For example minimum age to enter a Telo is considered to be 18 yet to hire a room at a normal hotel you must be 21 (there is a commercial contract involved) so though not enforced, the age to hire a room at a Telo would also be 21!

Under normal circumstances no one gives a shit about this grey zone but always keep in mind that if something goes wrong then the law ticks off all the infractions committed. Like a working girl ODing at your place, all the age issues, drug laws and whatever else you may have broken will be added to the case.

I can fuck them at either 13, 16, or 18 but they have to be 21 to enforce the promise of BBBJ. If they OD in my apartment under the age of 21 I'm fucked (or not fucked depending on when they OD) OK regardless I'm fucked one way or the other.

I can bang them along with their mom or dad at 13 so long as nobody threatened them. Or according to the laws of the EEUU I could most likely go to jail just for writing the last sentence. Not that I disagree, full grown men banging 13 year olds is just wrong, even though my Mennonite great grandfather did it when he married a 13 year old after his first wife died. But that was like 100 years ago before Oprah and Dr. Phil so it was ok, even though he used to beat her for disobedience. No wonder I'm so fucked up.

I appreciate you guys clearing this up. Since most 19 year olds look good but from what I hear don't fuck very well I think I will continue as I always have and stick with the 22-30 year old crowd. Romina told me she plans to stay 24 for the next ten years so I should be good.

So can a chica who is 19 work in a privado if she has her parents' consent? I don't give a shit but someone ought to check out those code sections I cited, especially that 119 that claims to say they have full sexual rights at 18. I still don't understand what Aqualung is saying. They can work in a privado at 18 or they can't? What about a club? Where's the commercial contract there?

And can this all be affected by laws of the provinces and cities? I don't live in Buenos Aires city but that's where I do a lot of my fucking.

Today I fucked Camila from Maipu 359 and I am pretty sure she is over 21. But since she's been there five years, if she isn't then she started when she was 15. Whoops.

And any hooker who ODs at my place gets dumped in the bushes by Puente Saavedra.

Doesn't seem to cover P4P like Wiki claims.

But here goes. My honest opinion here. I don't think it matters what the law says and I would be very surprised if it doesn't contradict itself. Based on my understanding of Argies I would say that part of the law probably says your ok, while another part says your fucked. The difference between being ok and being fucked will be slight and very, very subjective. This way a prosecutor that needs to make a name, or didn't get a big enough pay off, or free pussy, or pussy from the old lady, can prosecute if they feel like it. And a judge will be able to squeeze you and then either throw the book at you or not depending in how he felt that day. The media will or will not make a deal of it depending on what else is happening or if the reporters husband tossed her out for a younger broad, or if the reporter is a male if he is or is not being successful banging one of his daughters friends.

Do the research, it's a totally corrupt country where the law is meaningless for the most part and guilt or innocence is decided in the media. If the day the 19 year old ODs in your apartment is a slow news day forget it. If Bush is in town and the streets are full of piceteros then you could do it on the steps of Congresso while all the news trucks are in Plaza de Mayo. Context context context. Remember "Hecha la ley."

Bad Man probably has the best advice though, there isn't that much difference between 18 and 22, play on the safe side of the street and sleep soundly.

Hecha la ley, hecha la trampa. I like corrupt countries as long as I have plenty of money to pay people off. BTW Aqualung I will throw her on my side of the bridge so you won't need to worry about it.

But here is an interesting situation. A few years ago we went to a privado in Loma de Culo; I think maybe it was in Munro. It was a casa particular and not a an apartment building. It consisted of a husband and wife and their two daughters, or so they claimed. This disgusted me and I did not partake but if these daughters were 18 but not 21 (I have no idea, don't remember, repressed the experience), presumably that would be legal?

Ituzaingo 4299 was the address and I have a phone number of 4762-0258 if anyone wants to either check it out or drop a dime. They quoted us 20 pesos for a suck job with no clothes removed and 30 for half an hour of sex.

The other question that came up in discussing this with my homeys is would parental permission be required each time, or could some blanket "constanzia" be given?

I read the board every day to check up on the happenings in BA, and it seems when I think I have heard it all, then comes another new enlightening passage. Thank you Jackson for allowing such interesting information to be available and to DH for his story as well. I hope this time I will meet up with the famous locals during my two week trip in September.
