How will this affect tourism?

Also, where can I find a list of affected countries? I'm not north American.

It'll likely affect visitors from the US, Canada and a few others that charge Argentinians an entry visa. It's supposed to be reciprocal so I suspect EU citizens won't be affected. Brazil has actually required an actual visa for Americans rather than just a entry fee.
