I didn't read anything in the article that was in any way unique to Buenos Aires.

There's nothing unique about getting caught up in all night partying with coke, getting ripped off by trusting complete strangers, etc. These are experiences that anybody can have in any major city anywhere in the world.

ExonSeems like a case of 'who can fabricate the most incredible story' contest.

I didn't party in every single major city but to me the bars / clubs that are open untill 6-7 is pretty unique for BA. I personally have never been to a after party but there sure are some.
