Chile & Uruguay at @25, while Paraguay @ 154 - very interesting indeed!Paraguay was very corrupt under the 69 year reign of the Colorado party. Things are changing quite a bit with the ex-bishop in office though. Streets are starting to get paved, schools are starting to see money, etc. It will take awhile to get it under control though.
