Scouring BA Daily For Healthy Doses of Fun and Adventure :

I think that this could be a nice thread for everyone to contribute to on a daily basis, whether it's about Chicas, Comida or just fun stuff in general; maybe get the lurkers out of their closets so they can post.

I had the most embarassing moment today.

Their was this non-pro chick (a friend) whom I had been avoiding meeting for past few months for personal reasons. She wrrote to me several times on facebook "hey, where are you? When are you in ba" bla bla. And I replied "oh, I am not coming to BA now as I am busy with work"

And this was going on for few months.

And today, as I walk on the streets of Capital federal, she walks up to me "Hey! When did you come to BA!" It was sooooo embarassing. I did not know where to hide. I wanted to dig a pit and go and hide myself there. I was so ashamed of my lie!

I just told her bluntly, I have been here but I did not feel like meeting anyone. I felt, no point lying anymore!

But, I gathered that its impossible to hide in this city. At least in CF.

Has it happened to anyone?

At least in CF.Unfortunately we have all had one of our "Favoritas" disappear at one time or another in BA, it seems so easy for them and so hard for us! I'm doomed in that I have been on 5 TV Channels for a week, have been to the Police Station too many times or they have come to visit me many times! I know where you are coming from. 14 million people in GBA and you end up next to someone you know on the bus, train, etc, walking down the street! I sold this guy in Houston my old Ferrari before I came down here and I saw him walking down Reconquista at 3am!

I said " Hey, I know you!"

He could not believe it.

Another time I was having a beer at my resto on Cordoba (at a sidewalk table) and a Kid I know from Junior High walked past me! He is a Pilot Now! Then I ran into him when I walked out of the bathroom at Newport years later!

What a small world we live in after all!

Went to one of these a couple of years ago and it was outrageous fun. If it is anywhere near the same this year, it is a must do this holiday season.

It was wall to wall and would have been an excellent night for you to attend. Gauntlet77 saw me there, maybe he knows. I was with 2 other Boys from this board on the dancefloor V. I. P section.
