Whats the legal scene on prostitution nowadays?

I am thinking of going back to argentina but i am scared of my previous experience. Everything went fine that day but I have been told that 2 years ago the law changed...

So.. Is prostitution legal ? If I get caught again what will happen?

Since they asked me for a passport and made me sign a document stating I was there fucking a girl.. I am not sure I would be in the "no fly list" if I attempt to enter the country again or something.

Immigration guys only checked for my legal entrance but made no further notes.

I am truly scared of going back to Argentina and straigth to prison from the airport or something like that LOL.
