Had a massage here. I needed to make an appointment in order to get a spot for the following day. A walk-in massage is very unlikely. They will ask you if you want a massage from a man or a woman. I asked for a woman, but got man. So, when you make the appointment AND when you show up for your appointment, you should remind them that you want a woman. You make the appointments downstairs and get the massage a few floors up.
