However, I have had one chica at Black and several at Madahos slip me their numbers. They did this after I inquired about seeing them during the day. They did not whip out a pen and give me their digits then and there. We made a brief stop here. The entrance was crammed with guys, so we turned and left.

I've been here on a holiday before, and I think I may pay a visit Monday night. First timer to BA here. I usually don't post anything but I had to relate my first experience of going to Black for the comedic value. I've only been in town for two days and Black was the first club that I went to. Plus I speak no Spanish whatsoever. I know, recipe for disaster.

First she wants to get paid upfront, which I know is never a good sign but I relent because I'm also expecting her to try something about the price and I'd like to get that out of the way. She then tries the standard, I said 250 US dollars. I said no way, you said pesos. At this point, I was starting to get tired and is she would have kept arguing I was just going to show her the door. She then said o. K, pesos, but wanted 300. I said no again, and I think she could tell I was getting annoyed so she dropped it. I felt guilty so I gave her an extra 20. Here's where the comedy comes in.

She goes into the bathroom and two minutes later I hear her yell and she runs out of the bathroom. I run in there and she had been playing with the bidet and one of the faucets is off and there is water spraying up and going everywhere and the floor was beginning to flood. My first thought was what kind of scam is this? Did she do it on purpose so she can run out of the apt. with the money? Or is she trying to distract me so she can go through my place stealing things? So I'm getting soaked and trying to fix the faucet while keeping one eye on her. To make a long story short, I had to call the maintenance people who sent somebody up to fix the faucet which took an uncomfortable ten minutes. Anna just waited and didn't steal anything, so I don't think it was a scam. We finally did the deed and I gave her taxi fare and she left.

The evening turned out ok but I think I may now be traumatized.

As a matter of fact you could just say "dos ciento y sinquenta" and leave it at that, or better yet say "two hundred and fifty" and then pay them in pesos. Most will fuck you I think. They have already told their friends they are getting 250 bucks so their face is saved. Especially if it's early or late but not prime time on a slow night.

I think I would use a tello if this is going to be an ongoing gambit though. If they get out of hand in your room your kind of trapped, where as in a tello you can just walk out. Once you walk out without paying them the gambit is foiled at that club because they will tell all of their friends, and you will be the "hijo de puta who doesn't pay." The LCN is faster than the web.

Well played for a first-timer, Jeff. Most newbies would have been holding their dick and saying "anything you want, amor" to a girl who pulled this old trick. 120 pesos for two chica drinks is a normal price.

They were celebrating their 17th Anniversary or something, all the chicas were dressed like it was prom night, there were some dancers. 50p entrance, 60p chica drinks. Place was crowded, too crowded, had to nudge your way around. Many beautiful and gorgeous chicas, but many would not even discuss take out unless you bought them a drink. Wanted to get a feel for take out price, so finally was able to talk 2 chicas without buying them drinks. As for the other girls that work at Blacks, it's a hit or miss and usually there's only 1 or 2 dime pieces (who usually tend to hold out till they get the drunk sucker that pays them $300US they're looking for) and the rest fall into the average bin.

My recommendation is if you're just in the mood to pick someone up that is good looking and not a lot of trouble, then go to Madahos or that other one across the street. Same quality, much less drama.

Went to Blacks tonight. For a first timer, it was an interesting experience compared to what I've encountered in the states. I speak some limited spanish and was able to talk (and buy drinks) for three girls.

The first:

Amira (goes by Amy) - tall Columbian, Argentine mix. She spoke very good English. I bought her a drink and she immediately quoted a $300 USD fee. I told her was too expensive. I also told her I was undecided. Frankly, she was probably one of the hottest (if not the hottest) in the club. Unfortunately, she came across as totally mercenary and I decided that I would pass on her.

Celeste - short Paraguayan, all natural. I was pleased to meet Celeste. She had some limited English. She has a daughter but it doesn't really show in her figure. I have noticed that in Black also, if you agree to buy a chica a drink she will talk directly with the hostess and you may not be able to hear or understand what is being said. If you don't speak up, my guess is you will be charged the 120p drink fee rather than the 80p drink.

Another good account that only adds to the mystery as to why anyone, except for rich tourists and expense account businessmen with money to burn, goes to this place. Ok so there are a number of good looking girls, but no better on the average than other Recoleta clubs like Madahos. The girls in Black seem to be exceptionally mercenary, and unwilling to drop their prices, and if you do manage to take one out, by all accounts the service seems to be no better than average. Whichever way you look at it, Black just doesn't seem to be worth it any more. If you had managed to take a girl out and paid her US$200 dollars (after bargaining a bit) the total would still have come to around US$400 for an hour of average sex. That's what I call bad value for money.

This club reminds me of Cafe Photo in Sao Paulo. Upscale tourist trap and girls dressed classier.
