I see your points. I have to admit. It is always a delicate balancing act between not overpaying and simply haggling over nickels.
Like DWC - I too have to be somewhat on a budget and mind the prices. An extra 3p-40p per day adds up 1 or 2 less sessions when all is accounted for!
Everyones goal (hers included) should be whats fair and just based on performance-quality.

$AR800-1200 seems to be about the norm for the folks I talk to that have regular jobs. Even but even at that level $AR30 is a decent amount of money. I always just figure the number is the same in the US and Argentina, i.e. $20AR in BA feels about the same as $20US in the US. I gave my personal trainer a tip of $50AR after working with him for a month and he was very happy to get it.

Just to reiterate a bit.
My issue is not with 130 versus 100 for an hour at an apartamento. My issue is the upsell thing. It's not a deal-breaker. I'll probably go there or a place like it several times this month. But adding money for services rendered reminds me too much of LA or Atlanta or Houston or New York.
I'm writing this post from a quick trip in Amsterdam. I don't even go near the RLD. Reason? Not the total price, it's the sterile, non-sexy feel to having a menu of services presented, then the sales pitch during the session to contract for additional services.

The truth is that those 30P "tips" are probably not asked of locals, which makes them gringo taxes. So, the girls are able to provide services to us and the locals for prices closer to our demand curve.

Gee, sorry I was just a whee bit under the actual minimum wage. Just keep in mind that the minimum wage is for those that work for companies, etc and for the 70% that actually have jobs.
I am sure the chica clubs are not required to ensure the chicas make that much (though I am sure most do) nor does it apply to those who run their own businesses-like those who operate one of the millions of kiosks in BsAs.

Fast forward 7 years to 2003 - at which point I had been living in BA for a couple years - I returned to AMS. The price change was not material - 50 guilders to 50 euros - the real change that occured was in me. I had 2 sessions and walked out on both. The girls were very friendly until payment was made. A few days ago I was hanging out in my apt and decided to call a chica in from 1707. I rarely do this, I prefer to go in and see the stock and specials of the day/night. I only live about 4 blocks away.

I personally want to treat the ladies well, without them taking advantage of me. I think most of us romanticize our encounters with the chicas and feel they have some real attachment to us, other than our wallets.
If I'm going to give them anything, it's going to be a small gift that I bring from the US. A small tip might be in order, but usually evolves into "normal price" the next time.
For example, I paid Rosa Maria 135p the first time I pulled her. I think I just gave her 150 total when she left. The next time I saw her (one week later) guess what the normal price was? 150p plus taxi.
I personally think that most of the women think we're chumps. They're probably right.

I never romanticize with these girls. I pay them to fuck them, nothing more nothing less. For an incall session I'm usually shoving them out the door before the time is up.
