I took a gal out of Catto's tonight who I think most would rate an 8. Very short but I mean the face and tits and legs and ass were all there. Well, the girl from Madahos was as stated. She was incredibly affectionate and worth every cent. Despite the inability to have a conversation of more than a few words (due to my inability to speak Castellano), I had a fabulous time. She says it was her first day at the club and did not seem at all jaded. She was all over me in the car and gave me the full GFE. Tried to get her into my hotel, but "Que, no documento ?". So we headed off to a short time hotel. The mirrored ceiling is always a great plus and this in itself was worth paying the 43 pesos for. It is nice to see a blonde head bobbing up and down. The full hour was adequate and I could have done with 2 hours however.
This girl is really good and I am considering making her my regular, though the steep Madohos prices are a consideration. I don´t like the time limitation. I do not think that this is a good business strategy on their part. I guess their thinking is that the girl can be brought back into play and the cute ones can perhaps pick up more than one customer per night. However, the competing clubs can attract more business by not having this policy.
Saint, thanks for the company and yes, Christmas has come early for me. I also agree that the average quality in Madahos is not that great and IMHO, I got the best girl outta there. There were about another 3 or 4 that were good enough to take out. Like Saint, I am very picky and would rather leave a club alone than just take anyone. I recalled to Saint that on an earlier visit to BA, I would go from club to club looking for something special. I once walked into Affaire and the quality was abysmal and I just happened to spot one outstanding girl. I made a beeline for her and took her out without hesitation. So even in dismal surroundings, a gem can be found and that is sometimes the challenge of the hobby. I would rather be spoilt for choice though.
I have been in BA since Sunday and was down with short term bug which fortunately has gone. However, I did visit a massage girl called Brida (?) listed in todomassages.com located in Florida street. Not a good massage but she has a great body and does everything. An OK experience.
Last night was a very good experience.
I am on a the final week of a three week trip. Otto Grahm (sic) recommends staying only a week because you tend to get fagged out. I agree with him but work schedule dictates that I take all my vacation time July through December. I will be working 7 days a week for the first six months of 2005. It is my personal choice.
I took the redeye from Lima. I am staying at the Howard Johnson until Saturday and have to switch to the Loisuites do to lack of vacancy. Everything was booked through Mayra. I ended sleeping for about six hours on Tuesday and then went out for some dinner. Downtown is interesting because there are many streetwalkers on Florida after 9:00 PM. I ended the night at Cattos where I hooked up with Rafaela. I paid the tourist rate of $200 pesos which was her second quote. I am just learning Spanish and my skill level is minimal. I do not want to low ball too much because I am interested in having a happy chica. I live by a strict budget and these prices fit into my budget easily.
Wednesday I almost did not partake in anything. Call it the burnout factor. Around 5:00 PM I had a Cappuchino at Orleans and did not see anythin to my liking. By the way the first quote at Orleans was $100 dollars which I found amusing.
It started raining so I decided to head to the casino. I had a good run playing craps at the Casino in Lima and I wanted to try my luck in Argentina. The Casino was very crowded. No english spoken except for a few common crap table words like -odds working- and -change-. The minimum bet was 25 pesos and they allowed 3 to 1 odds. On the 5 and 9, they allowed odds bets up to 90 pesos on the 25 peso bet. The dealers really push the pace of the game and with my lack of Spanish, I felt lucky to survive. It was a tough table with really no long runs on the pass line. I got behind early about $1000 pesos but eventually ended up losing about 100 pesos. 2.5 hours of entertainment for $35 dollars is not bad. I am still way ahead for the trip on the gambling part. I had won three straight nights in Lima so I was do for my comeupperance. Of course now I will have to convert a couple thousand in pesos back to dollars so I will take a beating there. Interestingly I tried to tip the dealers at the end and they refused to take the tip. I paid 10 pesos for a Remis back to the hotel for safety reasons. You can order the remis right at the exit.
I almost decided to call it a night and not do any mongering for the day. Luckily I talked myself out of it. I headed out to Madahos about midnight. I thought the talent was not that great. I almost called it a night there but fortune swayed me. I ended up with Maya a cute Paraguayan (not anyone´s raving beauty by any means) with nice breasts. Actually Maya and Rafaella from Cattos are very similar in appearance. I paid the $300 pesos for 1.5 hours. Maya is a nice warm fuck and I had a good time.

this new policy of Madaho's sucks. And it is not only us customers who think it sucks, but aparently also a lot of the chicas. I do know 2 girls who used to work in Madaho's until a few months ago. They did not say exactly why they left this place, but mentioned they don't like the way it has become. Madaho's new policy is aimed at selling more chica drinks, or just more drinks in total (that's what the boliche makes it's profit on, and it only can do that while the customer is on premises instead back home with his pants down), but maybe the girls realize that it is a bad way to hook up with prospective clients to make them repeats or even better, regulars. The observation that talent goes down points into the same direction.
There are alternatives to Madaho's, and even without DH's negotiating skills you can get the same or better for half of what they are asking there. P4p is still a competitive market in BA.
Another point: No documents should ring an alarm bell. This most certainly means she has a reason not to show a document. Two possible reasons are, illegal alien or underage. You don't want to explain either to a guy in a uniform. Every legit Argentinean citizen and resident alien (Saint, please confirm) is in posession of a DNI, documento nacional de identidad, a small booklet about half the size of a passport, and is supposed to carry it.
If you really consider to make that one a regular, stop pulling her out of the boliche. Get her phone no., and set up meetings in her spare time, and establish your own rules.

Amen to El Aleman's post. Just get their phone number and it solves the problem of the club scene. Many girls won't give you their phone number in the club. Many you have to pull them out at least once but you get the magic number afterwards. I've never not gotten a number after pulling them out of the club. I KNEW Jack's girl was going to be great. I told him it would be worth it. She was all over him in the club as well. This new rule at Madahos wasn't enforced before but apparently they are enforcing it now. I don't think it will last as more and more guys will start going to other clubs. It would be worth it if the girls were model material but that simply isn't the case now.
There will always be a premium for hotter girls but as JackDaniels mentioned, there were only 3 really super hot girls in there and I already had left with them earlier. Most of the girls were not what I would consider top quality (keep in mind, I'm a picky bastard).
As far as El Aleman's post about them supposed to carrying their identity card with them wherever they go. I don't believe that is true. This isn't like Havana where the police are randomly stopping them. I know many many girls that never have their documentation or ID on them. I know many girls from other countries (Paraguay, Brazil, Uraguay) that live here that never have their passport on them.
The problem encountered by Jack is the exact reason why I prefer an apartment. (Not just because I own several..) I much prefer the privacy and freedom and space that an apartment offers.

I don't know if it is appropriate to open one's mouth after the Amen - but I am not a religious guy anyway. I have not been with you guys at Madaho's that night, so I cannot say a word about the girl in question's quality, lets just assume she IS worth it. My remarks were more general in nature. Anyway, getting the no. is most important - in fact, a list of proven phone numbers is the most valuable asset if you come to BA on a regular basis. Always a fallback if you are not in the mood for experiments or just don't have the time. And, on my list are numbers of a few girls I just like to be with again and again and again. Setting your own rules outside the club scene means, make it understood that you expect more time, no clockwatching, and no "we have been together 2 hours, so it is 2*x " etc.
What I do frequently with club girls is call them, ask them to come to my apartment maybe at 7 or 8 pm, spend some quality time in the sack, and after that take them to an early (for Argentina) dinner. They can hit their club at 11:30, and everybody is happy: I got my chica fresh, she starts working with the knowledge that it certainly was not a wasted day, I have nice company at dinner plus practising my castellano, and I get to sleep after a nice f**k, a good meal and a few glasses of Malbec at a time that lets me get up the next morning as a living beeing. Clubbing until 4 is just incompatible with work, at least for me.
Saint, absolutely right, that is one advantage of an apartment. The others are, you are in just a more civilized, spacy environment, and more "at home". I just go to the fridge to get a drink, no calling room service etc. But you know you don't have to convince me...
Concerning the ID, I suppose it is like here in Germany: You are supposed to carry one, but people are supposed to do a lot of things. I DO know that there are random checks in Argentina, especially in the provinces in form of police control posts along highways (hit them myself several times). I don't know what happens if one does not have one. Probably a 20 peso bill works perfectly. Speculations.

I was still horny when I woke up because Romina from Catto's could not get me off a second time. So, I headed to Güemes 3221 to see Salomé. Well, I don´t know why she had no ID. If her story is true that last night was her first day in the profession, then it could be that she did not have her ID with her, due to naivety on how the hotels work. She is definitely of legal age, 23 she says, and looks it. She could be an illegal alien (from Venus :)) but she is very welcome on my planet. Seriously though, I would think that Madohos would check documents before they allowed a girl to work there.
She does not have a phone yet but plans to get one today. This also adds some credence to her story about her hitherto amateur status. Hopefully I will acquire the number today.
The finances:
A visit to Madahos can be an expensive proposition. In addition to the 300 pesos, there will be a drinks tab of over 100 pesos, cabs and short term hotel, say another 100 pesos. So it is at least a 500 peso evening - about $180 or so. Or GBP 100 for those of us who have come from the land of the mighty pound. Cheap by European standards, expensive by BA standards. I don´t think that this outlay can be trimmed back significantly, except by getting to see a chica privately, outside the club scene.
The business:
The boliches can get away with any kind of rule so long as the girls are hot. Just look at Black, an ongoing high priced club. The customers will keep coming as long as the chicas are good. So their product is the chica while their revenue might be from drinks. No good chicas, no customers, no drinks sold. BTW, does anyone know if the chica hands over any of the 300 pesos to the club ? With just a handful of hot girls in the club, Madahos may find that this time limitation rule may not work. It is all down to the competition. K5 in Prague operates a similar policy as I heard from a girl I took out of there.
last Tuesday, I hit 3 clubs :
First at 1:00 AM I went to Partenaire (Galerie Rustique, Cerrito & Santa Fe). this used to be a great club back in the time of convertibility.
It was reopened recently. I entered the club and no chicas there, the doorman then told me that all the girls were busy escorting outside. I chat a bit with him and he told me that there are normally about 5 chicas. well it seems that what used to be a great club is no more a great club.
Second : went to La Saison (Puyredon/Cordoba) (La saison is the old name). This one too used to be a great club. Entered the club at around 1:30AM, 15P entrance fee, about 10 chicas but nothing to write home about except a blonde one with a dirty look and huge/huge tits. 100P for 30 minutes, 150P the hour. I decided to leave but might come back for the big boobs blonde.
Third : I ended up in Dolly's. It was packed with men and too many women but some doable. I decided to go for a chicas with boots, very sexy, called "la gitana" (the gipsy). excellent session of 30 minutes for 60P.

I do think it was her first night but she had a LOT of coaching from her friend who has been working there a long time. She was of age I'm sure. Madahos and the other clubs do a good job of making sure a girl isn't underage. If she had no cellphone that spells major rookie status.
I think the reason Madahos is getting away with the time rule is because the majority of guys are still locals. That is changing though with the tourism boom. More and more tourists are coming. Not sex mongers but just guys that happen to come to BA and discover the joys of the city. BA is still cheap compared to just about everywhere in Europe and North America.
To those of us that have been coming here for several years the quality has deteriorated a lot. For those that have only been here one or two times they don't know the difference. It's still heaven for them.
I won't pull out girls from Madahos with their new policy. I'll just get their phone numbers which I've had good luck doing. Most of the regular girls know me in there. They know I live here and not just a tourist so that helps alot. I know most of the waiters in there too. The last girl I pulled out of here was about 1.5 months ago I think. She didn't have the time rule.
K5 in Prague has the best management out of any club in the world but the club was severely overrated as far as I was concerned with the quality of girls. I did see a Playboy hot centerfold type girl but there was only 2 girls like that. The rest of the girls were "Plain Janes" and not worth the money.
The hottest girls are in Colombia, the best selection is in Lugano, Switzerland but BA will always be BA. Damn I love this city.
my trip to madaho's was not as much fun as in the past. The quality of girls have gone down hill. The entrance fee of 30 pesos for one drink is even more than black's 25 pesos. I do no like the fact to take out a girl longer, takes 3 drinks at 50 pesos each drink. One girl ordered a bottle of chandon and the bill was even higher. I am guessing it cost 75-100 pesos, unless they charged me 50 pesos for my drink.
My trip to Colmengua Spa was pretty pleasant. When you first enter, they will give you a choice. I just wanted a massage. There is two options. one, get an ugly girl for 50 pesos, or the vip, good looking girl for 175 pesos. What was I supposed to do but get the vip treatment and try it out. Once inside, you get to pick the girl. The girl I picked had a nice body. When giving the massage, they will go up your thigh and tease your balls. What else could I do but pay the 100 pesos to get a hand job. I admit it was expensive for just a hand job but the way they tease, no mortal could not resist. Otherwise, the place is nice and relaxing. You can swim, relax in the sauna, or take a nap in this quiet room they have.

Take one of the first class FKK clubs in Germany, for example Palace in Frankfurt: ? 50,- entrance fee, includes all drinks (non alc) and even a decent dinner buffet, plus ? 100 for an hour with a girl, or 2 half hours with 2 girls, total of ? 150 or U$S 195,- at todays pleasant (for us Europeans) exchange rate. Ok, it is a total different scene, but brought down to $ per pop, the same - in the very center of Europe. So, I certainly would not consider a Madaho's night "cheap".
For me, the very big difference always was, that in BA time not used to be a big issue. if the chemistry between a girl and myself was ok, she just stayed as long as she liked - and that was often quite a bit more than an hour.
It is of course the right of every business to define it's rules and to try to maximize it's profit. The market decides, if that works. Madaho's wants the chicas IN the club, making the guests buy drinks, for the reasons you stated below. And, as there are a lot of guests (mainly locals) who do not pull out girls, but who just drink, and chat with the girls, and buy them drinks, this might as well work. I just don't go there anymore - except, to have a drink myself, and maybe get some phone no's.

Well, another good night in BA. Did the same as the previous day, but I already knew the girl I would be leaving with. Walked in to Madahos and walked out with the same girl in less than 30 minutes. Another great session.
Going to Madahos does increase the burn rate of the contents of my wallet. Had to visit the ATMs to refuel my wallet. Whats with the ATMs here - they seem to just give out money on a set of criteria, which I haven´t figured out yet. It appears that each bank´s ATM´s has their own maximum limit per card. For example, my UK issued card has a UK limit of GBP 200 or around 1,100 pesos but I can never get more than 500 pesos a day. In fact, one ATM went through the motions but did not give out any cash and I did not understand the message. I hope I did not get debited for cash I never received.
There were a lot of girls in Madahos last night as Thursday is their peak night. I did spot a few more good lookers including a dark haired beaut that I made eye contact with as I was leaving the club with my girl. I might rethink the idea of making one girl as my regular for the rest of my trip. As always, it is balancing act of a sure thing in terms of performance or being more adventurous and getting some variety. As we all know, some good lookers are not good performers. I would say that there were about 10 good lookers (excluding my girl) at Madahos last night. As I write this note, I am getting more and more inclined to try other venues.
El Aleman - good point, I stand corrected. I should have said "cheap by London standards". I have not been to the FKKs, but both Flowers Park in Madrid and Riviera in Barcelona have a lot of good lookers that can be had on site for about 100 euros per hour. London does not have these and escorts start at 150 pounds and can go up from there to several hundred.
As said before, the regular girls doing regular jobs in BA are very nice looking and are better looking than the girls in the clubs. This is true for most places that I have travelled to, but strangely in Brazil it seems to be the other way around. Walking around on Florida and walking through Gallerio Pacifico is great but make sure you do your neck exercises before you set out. The girls wearing the Nacion T shirts are quite delicious looking. There is a petite girl working on what appears to be a cell phone network company stand who looks incredibly edible. In Recoletta, Saint and I had dinner at an Italian restaurant and the hostess was quite a fox. Every second girl walking around is worth a second, a third, a fourth look.
I really like this city and I found it as I remembered it from my previous 2 trips. I have another week before I leave for Brazil and I hope the days go slowly and I hope I can savour the feeling for longer.
