In early December, a discussion "broke out" on this board related to upselling. I was alarmed that the girls were starting to ask for 30 pesos for a BBBJ. I would say that most (>50%) girls ask for about p30 extra for BBBJ and have for a long time. In two of my recent posts (1 at SF1707 and 1 at Madonna) I specifically mentioned that I was not charged extra for BBBJ - I mentioned it because it was I was so damn surprised.
