Instead of living in a swanky apartment in the Capital like the 20% girls, they often live in Villas Miserias, in far flung suburbs, neighborhoods that are slightly better than shantytowns. They live so far out that they usually have to commute one or two hours by bus each way. Often times they live with large families and are single parents of 2 or 3 kids, and often the whole family depends on them for support. They need every peso they can get but they don't make that much because most of the time they don't get any customers in the clubs. While the 20% girls are pulling down 2,000-4,000 pesos a month, they are getting 600-1,200 pesos a month. Often times the girls have to get another full time or part time regular job because they can't make enough with just prostitution alone.
Many of these girls will use the street since they can approach as many pedestrians as they like and they aren't competing with the beautiful 20% girls. Sure they only make 30-50 pesos but if they get one customer each night, its better than getting 150 pesos in a club once a week. Most of these girls work atleast two methods, whether it is clarin, departamentos, cafes, streets or clubs.
A wise monger would stretch his money farther by simply soliciting the girls in the street and in Clarin for 50 pesos for sex instead of the same girls found in the club 2 or 3 hours later for 150 pesos.
Also, I advocate visiting the 80% girls in general at least as much as the 20% girls. They will appreciate the your business more and will make sure they please you to the maximum extent. They won't watch the clock and often they will enjoy it as much as you do since they aren't getting laid that often. There is nothing wrong with seeing the same girl more than once, twice, or more, even expanding over years. As long as both of you know your limitations, long term friendships can be very rewarding.
At the same time, if you have seen her more than once, and still want to see other girls, then do so. You are under no commitment to her. She will fuss and pout, but will respect you for telling her that you are not ready to commit to anyone, and do not want to make empty promises to her.

The Dazzler is a good hotel. Not in Recoleta but only a short walk away. It is also reasonably close to Hooks and Cattos type clubs.
I stayed there last year and had no problems bringing girls to the

Prostitution is NOT legal in most of Nevada. It is illegal in Las Vegas, Reno, and Carson City, the three cities that contain the vast majority of its population. It is legal only on a county-by-county basis. I don't know exactly how many counties permit it but I think it's only two or three (Nye County is one).
Furthermore, the only form of prostitution that can be allowed is licensed brothels. Call girls, streetwalkers, escorts, etc. are all [b]illegal in the entire state[/b].
I have been to several of the licensed brothels in Nevada and can assure everyone that they are very expensive, nasty, and a complete rip off. You get the "hand trick" there a lot, for example.

I'm not sure how quickly you need to get this to her. I'll be down in BA at the end of the month and could take funds down there for you. The easiest, most economical method I've found to get money to someone is by getting a 2nd ATM card free with Paypal.com. It does take about 10-14 days to get the card but once you get it you can give it to the person. She/he can only take out money if there is money in the account so just don't keep money in the account and transfer when you need to put money into it.
If you have a paypal.com ATM account you can get a 2nd one free.
If that's not an option PM me and I can take it to her. Otherwise, Western Union is the quickest method. I've only used Western Union one time to send money to a non-pro. The cheapest method was by going to my local Tom Thumb grocery store. I think I only paid $15 to send $400 US.
