I was there today at around 4pm, you buzz the door and walk up 2 stairs and then buzz again on the right. 3 girls sat at the reception and one spoke perfect english. Just kind of worn and slightly shabby IMO. Showers are tiny and only fit one person. For clarification I did one of the sessions in the room straight down the hall from the entrance and then the other session in the "football room" which I understand is one of the worst rooms and is without AC.

As a relatively low-priced, newbie friendly place, I would recommend Hotel Little Havana in San José, Costa Rica. $35 per hour if you are staying at the hotel. Quite a few to choose from; I would say there were 15 available today during happy hour.
