Long time lurker, here's my two bits on my about to be completed trip to BA. As a long time veteran of the Asian mongering scene, especially Thailand, I was happily surprised by what I found here, although I still prefer the Land of Smiles.

I stuck with apartments mostly. Checked out the boliches: Madahos, Hooks, Cattos, Affaire, Newport; most of them seem rather overpriced. Entry charges (except for the freebies a la Jackson), drink charges, and the chicas seem to know what they can charge foreigners, even if one's Spanish is decent. As I didn't have a gal friendly hotel or apartment, just didn't want to add up all the charges in the end, despite seeing some decent looking gals in the boliches.

I ended up spending a lot of time at Santa Fe 1707. Despite some of the bad reviews here, I had no problems there. Saw Brisa, the buff little gal who works at night, many times, as well as Maria, Jimela, and one other gal during the day. Jimela and the other gal (name starts with an M, never saw her after the first time) have great young bods. Good service provided by Maria. The mamasan during the day was friendly and helpful. The gal at night is a different story. I once overstayed by a longshot at night, and she had every right to be upset, but she ended up being very untactful, as described in Jackson's posts on her. Otherwise, a great place. The room upstairs is horrid, the main one downstairs is like a lived in apartment and fine, and the other room downstairs has good aircon, despite not having a bathroom inside. I think a lot of the apartments just depend on where and whom.

I also visited 429 Maipu and 3221 Guermes, also reported on this site. Neither one was better than Santa Fe, both in terms of rooms and chicas. I never saw Jade at Guermes, saw Cecilia, who was very mechanical, and of the 5 women available at Maipu, only one was of any decent looks. Finally, went to 921 Suipacha, and had a good experience with several of the gals (especially Mariana). Again, I think Santa Fe is better in terms of the sheer number of gals, looks, etc.

I went a few times to Cafe New Orleans and Excedra, never took any of the gals, but they seemed promising. Regreted never being in town for weekly meetings, as it would have been nice to go out with the boys. Decided to make the trip to IGUAZU FALLS, probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. Took my spanish speaking friend, stayed in a 4 star hotel in Brazil. We spent 4 days 3 nights there, took organized trips on both sides (Argentina & Brazil)
If you do make a trip just a couple of hints,
For an excellent meal visit the casino in Iguazu- Argentina
For shopping hire a remis and take a 30min trip to Parguay, very, very cheap electrical goods, perfumes, sports equipment, etc.
If like myself your spending more than 3 weeks in Argentina I can not recommend a trip up to Iguazu enough. If I can be of any help to anyone planning a trip there pm me.

I´ve been trying to check out some different places, a little more off the beaten track. On Saturday evening I went to the Suipacha apartment next to Ness. There were only three girls there, two blondes and a darker brunette.
