Esmeralda 517 is really not a great place for outstanding and honest service. I would say that 5% were decent sessions and 95% were lousy. Mostly because the madam likes to cheat you on your hour. The girls will say things such as "I am going to use the toilet" and take 15 to 20 minutes and try to count that down time as part of your session. Then you have to go through the hassel of dealing with the girl and the madam. When this establishment does things like this then they are not doing themselves any favors. They just do not care.
If you do happen to find one you like you can stick with her. If you like to sample different girls then this is not the place to even bother with your time and your money. As a matter of fact, for you mongers that are pressed for time then you will waste it here. I really expect good service for the 350 pesos.

My results were great, the visit I posted about before was around 1800 on a Saturday, which is the worst possible time to hit a PV. On this visit I just left without banging anything and sort of crossed them off. A few months later at the advise of a friend I gave them another shot and on three seperate times I had good times with three seperate girls. One time in particular was really fucking great. If you read about 517 B for last few years on this thread, their are many mongers over the years who have never got good service there. It is one of the most prominent privados of CF. Always has a big selection of girls and is open 24 hours day. So its a pity, it never delivers what it promises (as least for most mongers).
Though I do know one monger friend,"tequila tim" who always swears by this privado. So I am sure their are ways to get god service here. Also, believe if you go to a privado regularly, you start getting good service. You just have to be patient.

I decided to stop by here Friday. Limited line up, which is unusual for here but there were two Para's that I had sessioned with in the past out of the 4 presented. I didn't go there thinking Fiesta but my B-day is this week so I decided what the hell and took them both.

In a room, saw the line up, and then paid the receptionista 350 pesos and went to the room with the girl. Now, according to the local board, you pay a 180 peso fee to the house and then work out what you will with the girl in the room. In essence they are positioning themselves to say, we charge for the room and what you pay the girl is between you.
I haven't read anything beyond the 180 house fee on the local board.
I paid 200 to the house and 250 to the girl, so that is a 25% increase over a month ago. I think the girls will continue to raise their prices because you have already paid 200 to the house and they figure your stiff dick will make you pay more.
