Tuesday night was my first time in La Lopez and found it a little small but very interestingly decorated. Met a chica named Paula, spoke pretty good English, pretty face, a great attitude and a fair body. Started at 450 pesos but quickly came down to 300 for 1 ½ hours. Great GFE, what her body lacked her attitude and service more than made up for. She was no clock watcher and stayed for almost 3 hours. I would recommend this young lady.
Was in here again last night with Jackson and some other folks. Saw the show with two chicks upstairs lathering each other up, that wasn't too bad. Some decent looking girls, and I talked to a couple, generally the girls here seem pretty nice and not too pushy. I got interested in one sitting next to me, who Jackson recommended. If I remember her name correctly it was Julieta. She's kind of tall, aged 27, she said she had 3 kids, but she pulled up her shirt to show her stomach and I wouldn't have been able to tell. She was nice, but she quoted me 600 pesos, assuring me that her service was worth it. I assured her I could only pay 300 pesos, but she wouldn't budge, so I assured her I was leaving and going to Madahos.
La Lopez is getting better and better. More great looking girls and I have taken out numerous girls for 300 pesos. They often start higher but have all settled for 300. Music is good. Show is good and owners are on site and interested in running a great club. It is my new favorite spot over Madahos.
Well, I thought it was a pretty good club too initially. Better drink prices, nice decore, a decent selection of chicas, friendly English speaking staff, and no drink cover. Unfortunately, they now religiously try to steal from you there when you pay your tab, adding a 60 peso surchage to even a small bill, like the one I had last night for $120.00 ARS.
When I refused to pay I was ordered to talk to the bartender who gave some bullshit explanation about how the chica ordered a "long drink", a Corona beer, which is supposedly more expensive. I told the bartender that Corona is shit beer and that she either lied to me initially about chica drink prices, or that she is now trying to rip me off, and that I'm not paying the difference.
Then, the bartender tried to blame the chica for everything, but I made it pretty clear that I wasn't buying any of that and that I would be spreading news about this little fraud attempt.
Walked out of there pissed, without paying the difference, without paying a tip, and without collecting my chica who was in the back changing into street clothes for our departure. In retrospect, the same thing happened to me there several nights ago on a $450.00 ARS tab, only until last night I assumed that I had made a mistake.
Never going back there again.
I just don't understand their thinking. They build a good club get some good business and then start this kind of crap. I'm all for capitalism but this shit gets old.
I had an issue in here also about a week ago. I talked my way in for free, no 40 peso cover. It was late in the evening, about 4 am.
I ordered my drink from the very nice english speaking bartender and started to get chicas approaching me. I paid cash for my one drink and did not run a tab.
I found one I liked. When I was negotiating she said that she needed her boss's approval to go with me for less that 300 peso's. The girl spoke english and told me that she was an english teacher during the day. So I told her that I would not go with any girl that had to ask her pimp for permission first and sent her away.
I turned down about 5 other chicas, and found another one I liked same thing from her. I got the hell out of there the whole thing seemed fishy to me.
There was some cute chica's in there, its a shame that its so fucked up.
Just wanted to let you know that it is possible that there was no surcharge involved for a full bottle of Corona for a chica.
I was there a little over a week ago spending some time with a robust Dominicana who liked to dance close and dirty. Like any self respecting Dominicana chica she liked beer. We spent a lot of time dancing and making out and I figured she had earned another beer. But she had worked up a thirst and I thought I would ask for a larger serving than the usual thimble (I would guess about 2.5oz) I talked to Bobby, the manager, and told him I didn't mind paying the 60 pesos but for the money I wanted the girl to get a real bottle of beer. He said sorry but if I wanted a bigger serving it would be an additional 60 pesos. Them's the rules!
So I think that a real bottle of Corona for a chica is truly 120 pesos. No fraud involved. Just bad pricing policy.

That is a bad policy, when you consider that no other club charges extra for a can or bottle of beer. They should tell you that when you inquire about chica drink prices.

Now what did I do with my pistol.
On March 1st all parties concerned should meet at Exedra and figure this whole thing out. I am a little confused, do I listen to Daddy or Exon? Or some ones else's opinions, maybe's Jackson's or Capt Dsve's? Say 10 pm? Or we can move on to somewhere else such as the l'Aliance, to have dinner and talk about this Problem?
Also, Clubs, etc. 921 Suipacha? What's her Name Rubi?
Carry The Pistol! Save the Bullets!
And also if La Lopez is so great, show me the way! If not, there is no reason why we should leave the Retiro Area?
Oh, but I do miss Danise at the Mansion.

Oh, but I do miss Danise at the Mansion.
You have no one to blame for this but yourself! She has been sitting shiva in front of the mansion since you told her you would marry her and have her babies!
Weeks ago, others and I reco'd to avoid. Why bother?
Some thoughts on La Lopez:
Sidney, last year you claimed a fellow monger was beaten in this place, but subsequently neither you nor he posted any details of this experience. Judd did post something, admittedly second-hand, which contradicted your claim.
Subsequently, we see that Jackson, of all people, was frequenting this establishment. I seriously doubt Jackson would be going to the place if they had a propensity to beat the patrons.
Nemesis has never been noted as being a useful source of info, so his complaining about this place is at best suspect.
Capt Dave's opinions are generally spot-on. I'd like to read a review of the place from him. Sidney also has done some excellent reporting, though not much lately. Have you actually been to this place, Sidney, or are you just repeating what this mysterious supposedly-beaten patron told you?
Let me emphasize that I can't speak to any of this personally because I have never been to the place - but so far the jury is out for this reader.
It's a nice club with some really good looking Recoletta type chicas. Service is good, the one bartender is really sweet and a few of the dancers are really hot. It's expensive as they all are over there and bound to follow the same trajectory which is prices through the roof. As far as unsolicited company it falls somewhere between Solid Gold and Black, there will be chicas that come up and sit down univited but it's not overwhelming as in Solid Gold. If your wallet sustains it, the median on the chicas is higher than downtown and there are a lot of english speaking workers. In my opinion I wouldn't agree with the avoid rating.
Didn't that beating have something to do with an unpaid bill?
