Like driving, skiing, and playing pool, some skills improve with a 7-10 % blood alcohol level.

Also I've had some great luck in some dodgy places that I might not have entered sober. If being ripped-off/rolled is a concern, then I am probably like most guys in the sense that I am probably better left alone when under the influence than when sober.

Believe it or not, close to 60%(or more, according to my Atlas) of Costarricenses are comprised of European ethnic stock. Generally, you are right that Central Americans are mostly indigenous, especially from Nicaragua, Guatamala, El Salvador, and Honduras. I have not been to Costa Rica, so I cannot comment on the quality of the poontang available there, either professional or amateur.

I think part of the answer to Big Bob 7's inquiry about why the regular Portenas are "10 times" than working girls is simple. Argentina is not a hardcore third world country as Costa Rica is. Although close to 40% of the population lives in poverty, there are opportunities here for women other than hooking. Females get alot more respect here than in more "macho" third world Latin countries. Also, say 10 years ago, the poverty level in this country was nowhere near what it became after the Dec. 2001 meltdown.
