So how do you use this to tell who works in a privado?

I would assume that a girl with one name and one phone number is believed to be working alone and not an apartment / agency. Multiple names and phone numbers would indicate an apartment / agency. As Dickhead has advocated in the past you can do the following. Enter the phone number in the Google search bar. If you get muliple hits showing different names and or numbers she works for an apartment / agency. Last year I hired a girl from a internet site who was quite nice looking in a normal sense. No reason you should get charged more just because your not local or don't speak spanish.
