An interesting observation. Assuming both clubs have equally impressive women (I know that is a big assumption, but that's not the point of this post), the entry fee is marginally higher (130 vs. 120), the take out fee the girls seek (but not necessary what is negotiated) is about the same, drink prices comparable, and black paid my taxi both ways (probably the same at Madahos, but it wasn't my experience). So, if anything, they're the same price, no?

Also, out of curiousity, I've been trying to figure out the girl drink policy at Black. They said it is up to the lady. Could it be some sort of reverse auction for the right to work the best time slots? (ie, you sell more drinks, you get dibs on the best time slots.

I would say Medahos is the second best club in Recoleta. The prices are usually around 300 pesos but it might be more now. I haven't been there for awhile. You can negotiate but expect somewhere around that price.

I went to Madahos on my last night at Buenos Aires and I must say that I won't regret nor forget it ever.

When you consider that BA is a sophisticated, cosmopolitan city with a lot to do besides mongering, it is an incredibly inexpensive mongering destination, bearing in mind that terms like "cheap" and "expensive" are relative. When I say that it is inexpensive, I mean by comparison to the US or Western Europe. There are many cheaper places in Latin America, but they tend to be less interesting than BA.

Of the 3 places you mentioned, I have never been to DR so I can't comment, but I would take BA over Colombia any day, if only for reasons of climate.

Always be care with the local ladies of the evening to negociate in pesos and make sure they know you mean pesos.

Just to put things in perspective a bit, I was in Madrid back in November and went to a famous hooker bar called Flowers Park. I went back on Saturday. As all BA lovers know the BIG day is Thursday, especially the last of the month (lots of girls need next months rent).

My experience is as soon as you leave the close inner city, say after Callao, no 'hasta el final', everything is covered and the chicas with few exceptions are great fat hefferlumps.
