Thanks for some excellent feedback. What I was really puzzled about was what happened to all the super-gorgeous women I seem to remember at Black 4-5 years ago. If prices really have tripled, why doesn't that motivate more super-beautiful women to work at Black? You would think that when prices go up that much, this would start looking like a fairly attractive career. I, for one, have to admit that I'd be happy, delighted, overjoyed, to pay 300 dollars for a Naomi Campbell, but there doesn't seem to be any of them around.

Some proposed answer: 1) I have poor memory; they weren't that much better looking in the past. That's possible, maybe sentimentality colours memories of first visits to BA. That's very possible; they were never that gorgeous. 2) Prices have not really tripled and the increase in prices is not large enough to attract new job candidates. Well, maybe, it's probably impossible to know since we have no statistics on these things, but isn't it pretty clear that there's a fairly significant price increase? Lots of the comments on Black seem to support that, but it could be some kind of illusion. 3) It's a natural cycle; girls come and go. True, but if so, why wouldn't a lot of them come now that they can make 300usd for a 2-hour fuck? 4) Lots of them go abroad. But again, shouldn't it be less reason for going abroad now, compared to earlier, if they can make 300usd per hour at Black? 5) The very best looking ones are 'kept women'. Maybe.

I guess a combination of 1) and 2) are the best explanations.

Another option is some kind of cultural shift that would make this kind of career less attractive. I have no idea whether something like that has happened.

Not to point out the obvious, but if you want to pay the big money, there are plenty of chicas at Black to take it, AND if you are conversant in castellano, don't mind some bargaining, and are not averse to staying out late, the same chicas will take a smaller amount. There may be some exceptions of course. Doesn't seem like rocket science to dumb ol Doggboy. Then again, I have been there ONCE, I don't speak castellano worth shit, and I like to be in the sack by 3 at the latest. Just reading the tea leaves.:)

Fedora, I have long observed that the first trip to BsAs tends to be the overwhelming visual and sexual experience, that every time you visit after that, everything seems to be getting worse and worse. They are usually apartments with a few chicas, some hot hidden gems, often from E or even S Europe. Just to make one thing clear: I was just talking about quality of girls in Black, and, as I said, that I'm giving up on the place. I'm not giving up on BA.
