When someone posts a review... If you had a great time you appreciate when others celebrate with you. If you shared good information, you appreciate when others thank you. This is common on the local foros. They don't piss on each other's reviews.

I can sympathize with the price police when they have a legitimate case. That doesn't seem to be the case here though. Not only was the differential just 100 pesos, but the OP said he got BBBJ. This fact alone puts the whole argument into question, because even the local Argies sometimes get charged for extras like BBBJ. You don't need to live in BA to read the local foros. I think DR jumped the gun, before factoring in the services the OP got. I never saw a post anywhere that said the going rate for 30 minutes is 300 [I]and[/I] includes BBBJ. Another foro post from last month quotes 350 for this. Like I said, the OP's 400 is close. Perhaps a 50 peso "hosing". LOL

A simple suggestion for the locals who want to "protect" the good places in town: Post a periodic price list of going rates and services for the places you want to protect. Make it short and simple. But spell it out. Put in bold if you like. With a friendly line like "Hey guys FYI here's the going rates for this place. Please keep in mind so we can control gringo price inflation. Thanks and have fun."

P.S. There's a rave review on "Jhoana", apparently is the chica in the photos. Amazing rack. If these hotties are only netting 200-250 pesos an hour, this place could be primo hunting ground for great off-the-clock deals.

So I visited Esmeralda 517. And here is what I learned. It is on piso 1 if you take the lift. If you walk up it is 2 flights up. Reception is in apt B but they operate out of both apts on the floor. Reception woman / mamasan spoke some English. Seemed she spoke it well but preferred Spanish. Either prices went up or I got the gringo surcharge, or both. 1\2 hr 400 p, 1 hr 600 p. Extras I didn't ask about but guessing it depends on girl and negotiation. They are open 24/7, 365 according to the chica I sessioned with. She said they never close. I asked, " even on Christmas". She replied, "we're open". She said said they only close when the police close them temporarily. As for the girl, Lulu, she was decent looking with a good personality. Natural big tits, starting to sag some. Her skills were decent. CBJ, with 2 positions. No kissing. Not mechanical but not GFE. I was due for a good release so it wasn't going to take anything special. She did her job.

When I went in there was 5-6 girls available. There were definitely a few more who I assume were busy during the lineup but I saw afterward. Looks between 5-7. With one 8 which wasn't in my lineup. Not sure whether it was the newbie surcharge, the hour (as they claimed it was), or the involvement of the tout but was AR $750 for the hour. First night in town and wanted to get down quickly, so went for it.

Quite a number of girls on.- I lost count.- and all better than average by US standards but no 9's or 10's. Picked the better looking and younger of the two blondes, a Paraguayan girl called Alma. Mid 20's, not the thinnest girl, and the boobs were enhanced (I like, but know not to every guy's taste).

Very good time was had; two rounds (the first was super-quick) and no mention of extra charges for BBBJ or the second round. Didn't try for cola; wasn't offered, and not really my thing so I didn't ask, so don't know if it would have been welcome if I had. She was very energetic.
