Buenos Aires Back to Eden


After a six month hiatus I have returned to BA. My trip was via American Airlines nonstop from DFW. The fare was courtesy of frequent flier miles. The two empty seats next to me made for a good nights sleep as we flew over the western side of the Andes in absolutely perfect weather. The morning breakfast was followed by a journey through a storm that followed us to the airport and remained in BA all day. The steady and often downpour had traffic in a mess. My remis driver was great even though an errant driver almost took his side mirror off.
The private apartment arranged through Mayra (mayrabrill@argentina.com) (that is a new email address as she is now independent and no longer with Argentinago) is beautiful. It is on the fifteenth floor of a very new building on Callao Ave. That translates to a five peso cab ride to Orleans Café or a five peso cab ride to Recoleta Village (including a nice tip). A huge white sofa and easy chair make the living room quite striking. The mirrored wall beside the dining room table appears to double the size of the already spacious room. The queen size bed is firm which I love. The closets are more than adequate. A television in the living room and a second in the bedroom are both connected to the cable system with several English channels to include CNN and BBC.
A trip around the block and 70 pesos later I had three bottles of Chandon champagne, chocolates, paper supplies for the kitchen and bath, bottled water and sodas. I did manage to get fairly soaked on my brief shopping excursion. The hot shower once I got back did feel good.
In my four previous sojourns in BA my residence had always been Art Suites. I would still recommend it to anyone headed this way. However, the private apartment is bigger, cheaper, without tax, and more luxurious than any hotel. This apartment includes daily maid service, 24 hour doorman, fitness facility, and a view of the river from the room. The only draw back is the need to cab it to downtown or Recoleta. From Art Suites it is an easy walk to Recoleta.
Before leaving on this trip I had arranged with Roxana for room service on the afternoon of my arrival. Promptly at three Libia rang from the entrance to the apartment complex. Apparently, all guests have to call the apartment before the doorman will allow entry. She is much better looking in person than the great photos on the net would lead you to believe. Her English is fantastic and her vocabulary would put a few Americans to shame. After some champagne and getting caught up on what has happened since we were last together in October we headed to the bedroom. Oh, she has bought an apartment (paid cash), continues to work at Black´s, and is amazed at the money men spend there. In the bed Libia is a consummate lover with careful oral attention to those parts we mongers love oral attention. She does enjoy DATY and will return the favors in kind. Multiple positions and this old monger was smiling from ear to ear. I paid her the agreed upon 150 pesos plus 50 pesos for traveling in the rain and as a tip. That is a great deal less than she and the other women command at Black´s. Departing she had two requests. One, that I call her again before leaving, and second that I ride with her done the elevator. It seems she has a fear of elevators.
My efforts to take a nap were rudely interrupted by the delivery of my cell phone. The gentleman had left a card while I was shopping for champagne and other necessaries and returned while I was in deep sleep. However, I did get my rent free phone and instructions on its care, use and charges. No phone card but a settling on minutes used upon returning the instrument.
Friday night the rain was still coming down, my nap did not end until almost midnight. I considered getting dressed and touring the clubs, but good sense threw me back in bed for a much needed night of rest. The pitter patter of the falling rain put me to sleep in a matter of seconds.
Saturday morning dawned with clear blue skies, warm temperatures and the urge to reacquaint myself with the downtown section. It is nice to walk along wide sidewalks without having to dodge beggars, kids, and other vermin. Once again I am awe struck by the cleanliness of BA, the friendliness of the people, and feeling of being in Europe with all the pluses of being in a Latin country.
I plan to check out the eye candy at Orleans Café this afternoon. However, being a Satruday I seriously doubt if the numbers or quantity will be that significant. I am sure the steak sandwich will be wonderful.

I went to Orleans about 4 times and never really saw anything interesting while I was there. Some of the girls were pushy (Jenny and Mary), and nothing ever seemed to click there.

My Marta-Makeover Chica said that the girls there have to consume 30 pesos a day of stuff to be allowed to stay in there, so that would have a tendency of driving the prices up there, I would think.

I'm interested in more info on your apartment, such as pricing. Marta was amazed at what I paid for my apartment ($170 week), since the amount I was paying for a week is what a normal Porteno would pay for the apartment for a month. I guess a lot of Portenos are snapping up nice small apartments, and renting them out to extranjeros. If they rent them for anything above a week a month, they're in the black.

I am a a bit confused.When I visited BsAs back in then begining of 2003 (around June) , prices in Nuevo Estilo were about 200 or 220 for an hour.
I was reading to Jaimito Cartero and other posters about NE´chicka prices and it seems it has gone down? I am reading 120 for an hour?

Can someone make some update on prices?

In March the price was 140 for an hour and 40 for the room. There is apparently some variation in this price, ranging from 120 to 150, and a few with high hopes asking for more. Half hour is 100 and 20 for the room.

This is another heads up to all of you.

Last night I was in Cattos about 1:30AM. Suddenly the door opens and about 8 members of the policia PFA walk in. They had two german shepard dogs with them. I presume they were drug sniffers. They were definitely looking for something.

The lights came on immediately. They took the dogs on two tours around the downstairs area, and then upstairs. There was a lot of action at a couple of tables in the back, and one next to the dance floor. They were checking a lot of ID and phoning it in, and there appeared to be some fingerprinting.

They were there a total of about 20 minutes. I couldn't tell if they took anyone with them leaving, since many of them were in plain clothes. It was definitely a business killer, and most of the men in the place left soon after the police around 2:15AM. I guess it killed the urge.

You need to remember that all is not as innocent as it might at times start to seem. Especially for you "ball & chain" types, you need to stay as clean as possible at all times.

Re pricing at NEB and elsewhere: I doubt very seriously there is any set price anywhere at any time in Buenos Aires. It all depends on how much the girl likes you and how good your negotiating skills are. As an example ha ha Stormy but I was paying 150 [b]including[/b] the room at NEB, which is actually I believe 34 pesos for an hour. Maybe some of the rooms are more than others, though. Definitely at NEB some girls like Antonela will ask for more than some others, but if you go into Dickhead mode and say hey look baby this is all I have except for enough for one more drink and my cab ride home, they will usually be flexible. Of course it helps if you are telling the truth. I remember doing this one time with Antonela and I was telling the truth and after we got back to NEB she gave me back 10 pesos so I could have two more beers. Another time on this last trip a gal from Hook's (the night of the rip off and so the last time I will ever pull a girl from there) was very firm on 150 pesos for two hours but I got her to take 50 US, telling her that was almost the same. Which it is. Almost! This also keeps you from getting hit on for cab fare, since you have given them all the cash you have on you.

This is why I like repeats (up to a point). Then the subject usually never comes up and I just give 'em whatever I feel like. They're usually satisfied, especially if I've made 'em come a bunch of times. I give 'em less if I make 'em come. I figure that's fair.

I started to tell the girls that I was charging for their orgasms, and that they were behind quite a bit and couldn't leave until they'd got me off the same number of times. :)

As for overcharging, I just will walk away and let them know why I'm leaving. A talk with management, if possible will cement displeasure. It's not like it's the only game in town.

I would suggest emailing Mayra about an apartment. Look at the pictures, check the location, and decide what you like. I am paying less than fifty a day, but it includes daily maid service, telephone and cell phone, and fitness center. Great location only five pesos from Orleans and seven blocks from Reocleta. I walked it this morning in less than fifteen minutes. However, the TV in the living room only goes to channel 36...the English news channels are higher. The new TV in the bedroom is huge and gets everything I need plus has choice of English on several of the non news channels. The neighborhood is very classy with lots of shops, restaurants, wine stores etc. Mercy, I sound like an owner or real estate agent. Work with Mayra. OH! Ask about need for safety deposit when you arrive. That was almost a deal killer when I arrived. It was a surprise to me. The amount came down quickly as I started to leave to find a hotel. I assume they have had some problems and this is a new procedure. I am happy. LIFE IS GOOD.

Re: NEB prices

Dickhead said "It all depends on how much the girl likes you and how good your negotiating skills are. " And, we might add, how well you speak Spanish.

I would always expect additional overhead in pricing compared to what Dickhead gets; that's just a reality of life.
Knowledge and experience do pay off especially in this business.

Just a few expeditions with Dickhead and the Mouse have saved me a fair amount of pesos in negotiations and have been much appreciated.

Back to school in BA for Spanish starting this next week.

Exon Reporting : A Few Words About Pricing : Its been my experience as an experienced Monger that what ever number that is agreed on with the lady is the number that that will be used in subsequent sessions or repeated encounters. As an example suppose a Monger go's into Madaho's picks out a Chica and cuts a deal for say $200 pesos. The session go's well and a repeat, or even a three peat is in order. Well of course the girl will be expecting $200 pesos. A Monger wouldn't go back the next night to the girl and offer $150 pesos. No that would be unexceptable as the price has already been established and the girl is expecting $200. Its for this reason that the first price agreed apon is important. My very best experiences have been with Chicas that price was never mentioned. At the end of the session I would simply put a reasonable amount of money, always being fair in her purse or pocket saying nothing and maybe hand her $5 for taxi money. What this does some what, is take prostution out of the equation and creats a more girl friend boy friend relationship which leads to better sex in future sessions. I have several Chicas Ive been doing over the years that price has never been mentioned. Heres another example, I have a Chica Maria Paula Ive kept secret from you Mongers. Other that the fact she has the most fabulouse pussy in the world and speaks very good English, she has a Spanish Pass Port. Now of course that doesn't mean much to most of you newbes or less experienced mongers. But what it means to an experienced Monger such as a Jackson or Myself is that Maria Paula can travel freely too and from the United States with out a Visia, get the picture brother Mongers. Spain's citizens, being a NATO country has privladges South American's don't have. Yes Exon is negociating with Maria Paula to come to the United States for a week. But the point Im trying to make is Maria has so much confidence in me that I'll treat her right that she's willing to commit with out price ever being mentioned. About pricing: I have practiced all forms of negotiations during my adventures in BA and have found that my best experiences are with the ladies that I have gotten to know and feel comfortable with and they with me. This is why I like to take my time and get to know a lady first before getting naked with them. An hour or so of chatting and sharing a drink help breed a familiarity which makes us both more comfortable and eager to spend time with each other. I get some my best rates this way and most always a more memorable experience. Many times prices are never discussed and I just take care of her after our time is finished. BTW, I have never had a problem nor complaint this way.

It also seems that when negotiations are intense, problems can occur or the experience less enjoyable than I hoped. That's because the focus is on the $/peso, not the encounter!

My lesson learned: Find a connection and the encounter will be Exceptional!

Forgive the lateness of my report from my trip a few months ago but I was just looking over some of my notes and wanted to report about a chica I saw that I haven't seen any reports about before but very worthy of one. Especially for those mongers that like the girls from the DR.

It's interesting that the police presence occurred at Cattos on Friday night. I just spoke with an amiga yesterday who works at Madahos, and she said the police were in the same night checking ID's. I heard her mention this happening in the past, and she said it is because there are a lot of girls that are not in Argentina legally. Even though she is legal from Brazil, she has made it clear that she hates to interact with the police. I didn't get into a discussion about it, but when I mentioned "corruption", she agreed. I'm guessing if you're a lady of the night and not from Argentina (or even if you are), the cops don't have a problem messing with you.

Anybody know anything more about this police stuff with the chicas?

I was in Madaho at 1:30 am when the Police came in for a shakedown in January. The lights went up, most of the girls disappeared and the cops starting interviewing (about what, I don't know). Even though noone was allowed to leave, I left with their permission.

I have been told by friends that there are 2 things invloved here: one is busting the stones of management for late payments (or increases) on the kickbacks; and secondly, was to give the girls a hard time so they can get kickbacks from them also and free favors.

I also heard through the grapevine that sometimes the cops will give a hard time to the streetwalkers & Chicas on Florida in the hope of making some pesos or again for free sex.

I do know that we (Americano Touristas) seem to be safe during all this, at least so far.

Return to Eden (Argentina) – The weekend

I had a fantastic weekend in BA. The weather was wonderful with blue skies and warm temperatures. The women were hot. Alas, I have nothing new about the clubs or mongering in BA. Newport was busy at nine last night as they have developed a Sunday evening karaoke crowd. The afternoon meal at Lola´s was superb with champagne, appetizer, salmon entre, white wine, water, and dessert for 32 pesos. If you have always thought it was too expensive check their fixed price menu. It is a steal for what they give you, the service and the atmosphere.

This morning I met with Ivan the former owner of the drugstore at Paraguay and Florida. Ivan is now the owner of the leather and crafts store at that location. He could not make enough money as a pharmacy, so he converted to a leather shop. Ivan was kind enough to refer me to a pharmacy that sells vitamin V and cialis. It is Went pharmacy at the corner of Ave Corrientes and Suipacha. Yes, the same Suipacha that is home to Ness, Hooks and Catto. However, it is about five blocks on the other side of Cordoba. Vitamin V is cheap there. I paid 142 pesos for a dozen Pizer V´s.

Well it is off to have a chopp at Orleans and some lunch. Perhaps the eye candy will be pleasing today. I do have a list of room service orders to place with Roxana.
