I do not believe there is a 2-drink rule; I have never bought more than one drink for a girl, though perhaps the rules have changed.

More likely, she made you buy her a second drink because you got her down to 400 pesos. By Black standards, you still actually did quite well.

Of course, if you go to a staff member and ask him or her if there is a rule that you have to buy a girl two drinks, it's pretty obvious you've just been told that by a girl, and there may be reluctance on the part of the staff member to contradict that (or, in general, discourage you from buying more drinks).

Went by Black this evening and the ratio was really bad, more dicks than chicks. The two I talked to were asking US$200 each for one hour. Sat down at the bar and noticed the girl next to me but did not start up a conversation for about 30 minutes and she never attempted to either, just smiled when I looked her way.

Pretty attractive blond with long hair very fair and a C rack. Valeria and I chatted for a while and she was not pushy about asking for a drink, when we got down to numbers she started with the same US$200 for an hour. Switched the currency to Pesos and started over. Got to $400 for two hours and the bar fine was only one drink at midnight.

Took her back to the apartment and it was a great natural C rack. Started at the door, moved to the couch, the floor finally got to the bed after an hour. Covered BJ, vocal, multiple positions, did not ask for cola since she got all I had before I could get there. After 2 1/2 hours she changed shoes, put on street cloths, left her number caught a taxi and went home not back to the club.

Tried to get photos but she did not want any. Would repeat. Probably got the lower price since it was Sunday, if you can consider $400 low. No problem on the single drink either. All in all not a bad ride at all.

I would suggest Madahos regulars give Black another try. With the rising prices at Madahos, Black is looking more and more attractive to me. There are more girls, less guys and the prices, if you can believe it are becoming cheaper than Madahos. The quality of the girls is also alot better. Much more 8's in here and the majority are solid 7.5's.

Entrance remains the same at 40 pesos and is cheaper than Madahos,

Chica drink prices are the same at 80 pesos.

The main difference is at Madahos, girls will try to charge you 600 pesos for an hour and if you want a TLN you have to pay the club 3 drinks on top of what you pay the girl. Black is much more practical. The girls don't have to come back, You pick up a young honey at 1 am, you pay for one drink. And if you pay the 600 AR, you keep her all night or until at least 5-6 in the morning. And the girls aren't pressured to return to the club.

The only thing that is somewhat unsettling to me is, since the girls can't just walk up and talk to you, you end up feeling like a piece of meat with all the girls staring at you like their only meal ticket.

OK, it's time to go and see for myself. I went Friday night, Saturday morning 2am. I have not slept 4 hours in the last 36 hours--too pooped to pop. This was a scouting trip.

I was very surprised: Luis at the door let me in without the cover. I told him that I had not been to Blacks in 4 years, I was there because Jackson told me to look inside.

There is a higher concentration of 8's + than the other clubs. After a 20 minute walk around, I selected a solid 9 in my book, just to talk and get info--too pooped to pop. The young lady was charming and thought my too tired routine was my form negotiating--she went from 600 pesos to 400 peso for 2 hours. When I still was not ready to leave with her-- At 3:30am I heard 300 pesos for one hour of message with a bbbj relax and she wanted me to have her cel number for another day when I had more energy.

Blacks' chicas are becoming more flexible. This woman was very. Very. Very hot looking. 5'5", 115, c breasts, tight curvey body with a cover girl face--an "A" girl anywhere in the world. There just were not enough guys spending money and too many girls asking for US$200. The laws of supply and demand eventually swing into action. Everyone of the chicas is asking us$200 and not enough guys are paying the asking price. The results of this scouting mission:

Hot desireable girls for 400 pesos for 2 hours with 50 pesos
Cover and 80 peso drink.

Under the current house policies at the two other recoleta high end clubs--if the chica is not back in 90 minutes, a second drink fee kicks in that either the customer or the chica pays. The Blacks pricing in many situations is the same or, for longer sessions, cheaper than the competition. Blacks is back in the game. .....no three drinks for all night .

Who has the better looking chicas? That's like arguing over the best flavor of ice cream. There are gems available elsewhere for 150 to 200 pesos if you look. The best looking chicas are not always the best providers and blah, blah, blah. This posting is about the competition between three high end clubs that market glamor and illusion, not necessarily the best erotic experience. In my mind:

BLACKS IN BACK IN THE RUNNING. THE OWNERS AT LAS LOPEZ AND MADAHOS HAVE HIT THE TOP PRICING IN THEIR MARKET WITH THE CLUBS' ADD-ON FEES. Blacks will sell me more 80 pesos glasses of orange juice for the opportunity to feast on the illusion of glamor. I visited Black on Thursday night. There are several girls at Blacks that deserve a 7 or 8 in my book. I don't' think there were any 9's. The place is very upbeat and it could be fun to hang out here, but I don't believe the girls here are worth the asking price of 600 pesos for one hour, plus the 2 beers at 80 pesos each.

If you take into account the 40 peso entrance and drink fees that you end up paying about 800 pesos for one hour with an 8 looking chica. That amount translates to about US$ 270. I think that it is absurd, if I am flying all the way to B. Aires, and paying $270 per hour for a chica.

I am a resonably high payer. I negotiated with a girl in Black and she started with 900 pesos, I start thinking in my head that with this starting price attitude why she don't just ask $900.

I mean that is a ridiculous starting point. I negotiate her down to 500 pesos, and I ask her if she will do 2 hours or more for that price. The girl's attitude was more or less hour and a half, and I have to buy 2 drink at 80 pesos, plus 500 pesos for her. At this point in time I am just pissed off and completely turned of with this girls attitude I just tell tell her that I will think about it and let her go.

I looked at my watch and it's about 3:30 am. I decided that there is no sense negotiating any more just decided to go to the Cocodrillos. As soon as I leave the bar, this girl that I was negotiating with also leaves the club without any guy with her. The attitude is that leave home alone without any money, but not be nice about the negotiations.

On the other hand my friend Marco Chileno left with a 7 looking girl for 450 pesos *2 hours* plus two drinks. He had a good time that night but agreed with me next day that Buenos Aires clubs like Black and Madahos have priced themselves out of the market.

On a side note I think there is alot of inflation in Buenos Aires right now and the peso will eventually have to go down back to 4 pesos to a dollar, for Buenos Aires to be competitive in almost all traits. The above note can be argued separately, but I know my Economics and that is just my analysis and that conclusion is made not only Chica prices but including food prices, property prices, and several other day to day expenses.

You hit the wrong girl. Don't give-up!

Last night I thought that I hit the right girl. She showed up today. Well over 30 in day light, but still got my hormones pumping. I stumbled into Black at about 3am on Thursday. There were about 30 chica's working, and maybe 2 or 3 that I was interested in. After careful inspection (I. E. Using my flashlight so I could actually see them;) the place is dark! I selected a girl and started negotiating. She started out at 600 pesos and I quickly countered with 400 (I was feeling generous at that hour) she countered back with 500, I said 400 was as much as I would pay. I had already bought her a drink thinking with my great negotiating skills that 400 would be no problema and we'd get the hell out quickly. Well apparently my negotiating skills are not as good as I thought:(oh well.

To make a long story short, I left Black (no chica in hand) and went back to El Alamo and hooked up with this Paraguayan girl (7 face 9 body and loud! Had a TNL for 200 pesos. I'll post more about her in another thread.

All in all I like Black. I think the staff is friendly and it has a pretty good vibe. I wouldn't suggest going in after 3am though (at least on Thursday night)

I usually have a backup plan when I hit the clubs in the evening. If I don't see something I like in the first club and / or I can't negotiate a reasonable rate, I leave. The second club is one I can usually count on.

For Black, I ALWAYS have a backup plan. I don't expect to pull someone out. I go in with an open mind and 'see what happens'. Quality is generally not the issue here, rather price. I'm prepared to move on if I can't negotiate a reasonable price.

I always leave Black in a good mood, because either:

(a) I got a deal I was happy with, or,

(b) I leave knowing I contributed (even in a very small way) to price control and sending the message that there are guys who are just not going to pay inflated prices.

I usually buy the girl a drink first before I negotiate. If we can't agree on price she wasted a half hour or more with me. Unless the girl is my ultimate fantasy girl, I have no problem walking away from the failed deal. I'll find something good at another club. And I get a small satisfaction from having sent her a message (and any girls nearby who may have witnessed the failed deal) that her price is too high.

Up until last year I never paid more than 300p at Black. This year was the first I paid 400p which is my new current acceptable price point here.

I met a Chica that works in Black at a swim party.

She wanted $120 peso's to go upstairs and get it on for an hour.

We ended up sharing a taxi back to town and she told me that once she set foot in Black her price was $400 peso's.

My suggestion is that you get her phone number for the $80 peso drink.

I spent about 1:30 at Blacks: 2:00-3:30. No desirable chicas would go for less than 500 pesos. This place still has glamor and beauty, but this boy is not paying 500pesos plus 80pesos for the chica drink for 90 minutes with a stranger when I am tired and have to get up the next morning.

There is pressure to raise the rates to 600 pesos, she tells me. She tells that the rates are high and that we have good chemistry and will become friends.

She then sits at my laptop to have me send her a mail and gives me her home and cel number. She will be happy to come over for two hours before work for 300 pesos and so will her sister, who also works at Blacks. I guess that we may have some chemistry and she is a solid 7.5 to 8.0 a repeat would be likely, but I have three other girls I know where there is mutual chemistry in full bloom who are happy with 150 to 200 pesos and enjoy my pleasure and I enjoy theirs.

In retrospect, I should have left and gone to Cattos. I might go back again, but only to look for my blond who I was intending to meet when I walked in through the door.
