I was trying to list clubs that were bunched together and easy for the first timer to find....Black is slightly out of the way, unless you are staying in the Alvear Palace....Some folks consider Black's the creme del la creme of BsAs clubs...but the chicas I have made contact with seem a bit more professional (read:jaded) than girls from other clubs....
My favorite clubs? Well. things change a good bit from one visit to the next and from one night to the next, but overall I have found more chicas to pleasure me in the downtown clubs....less noise and less pressure overall.....My chica favorita works in Cutty Sark, but the overall quality is not as good in Cutty as in Hook in my experience...Another positive about the downtown clubs is that the salida paid to the bar is less....one drink mandatory for you, one for her...whereas in Afairre and the other bars one drink each buys an hour or an hour and a half...additional time costs more...
This having been said, I have taken home some great women from virtually all of the clubs except Black.....

I just want to echo what Saint had to say. I'll be heading to BA next month on my first trip, and I've taken the time to read everything posted on this site, and one other. The archives are a wealth of information, most of the places are the same, and the prices are discussed in depth. Just remember, that prior to January of this year the peso was pegged to the dollar which make Argentina an incredibly affordable destination compared to a year ago.
Also, a big thanks to Moondog, Ezy, and Saint for all of the detailed reporting that paves the way for the rest of us.

IMHO, all these clubs are hit or miss sometimes. In May they were all great. In early September many of the clubs were sub-par. My favorite last time if you read my reports you'll know was Playwoman. I think I "visited" with 5 chicas from there my first trip alone. This trip I only saw one from there.
There is no arguing that you'll pay more money at Black's. However, I don't think it's too far out of the way. Ezy is right....it is right near Alvear Palace. I doubt many of us stay at that hotel often. I am definitely planning to stay there early next year. I want to blow it out and stay in BA in style one trip. I went in there and it was one of the best hotels I've been to. I'm a member of the Leading Hotels of the World club and of course Alvear Palace is part of that distinguished group.
Black's almost always has some hotties in it. Kick Stand and I went in last time with UWPhoto and Latasian and I was ready to spend some dough but all the chicas I wanted to see didn't look as good up close. It's hit or miss just like every other club but if you can speak Spanish I think you'll have an easier time. Last trip I saw two girls from Black's. One girl was an older Brittany Spear's looking girl. Her name back then was Celia. She was a cutie and the session was good. I paid 300 pesos for a short time visit (exchange rate back then was 3.1 to $1 US). Admittedly I probably paid more than i should have but at least I negotiated..at first she wanted 500 pesos!! She was still working there as of 2 weeks ago. I saw her when I went to the bathroom and she came up to me and said hi. She remembered me.
I talked to my amiga friend today on the phone. She works at Shampoo off and on. She told me that several chicas are planning to go to Cancun to work in January. It was really interesting to hear the dyamics of how things work. She is very good about providing answers when I ask her questions about the clubs. The owner of Shampoo also owns Shampoo in Cancun. She told me that if girls are hot, he will pay for them to fly to Cancun, will pay for their apartment (but like 5-6 girls have to all share one small apartment). Any of you that have also been to Cancun know how expensive it is. I was there in December/January of last year and the going rate for a hottie was $200 - $250 US for 1 hour - 1 1/2 hours. Yes, you read that right. These girls can go there for 3 or 4 months and BANK!!

I never had luck at Cafe Orleans. The times I went in I was scared because the girls were so foul. After like the 3rd time striking out I just have given up on that place. I've always had pretty good luck with the internet and will continue to use it. Then again I have seen some pictures of some hotties that Moondog has hooked up with. (Maybe that is what keeps me going back.....I'm always on the quest for that 'gem'). Never assume anything when it comes to a girl wanting to make money. I talked to a few girls from the internet sites that come to the US whenever they can to make some big time dinero. I also talked to some chicas from the clubs that have a visa and routinely get flown in by clients.
Yes, it could be a case of someone lifting the girls picture but there is just as good a chance she has a visa and is gonna work here. I believe Barbarella holds a Brazillian passport and not one from Argentina so it might be easier for her to get a visa.
I do disagree with posting the link to her ad. It could make it dangerous for her. (I'm not saying she is doing anything illegal because anyone knows it is totally legal to pay a girl for dinner) but probably not smart to start posting links for girls that aren't citizens. If anyone sees it....it could cause big problems for her and her visa could be permanately blocked from entering the USA in the future).

Ask a semi-intelligent girl from Platynum whether she would rather earn $400 pesos por toda la noche in BA or $400USD per (1400plus pesos) per hour in Miami. Guess what she's gonna say? How safe is walking the BA downtown area after midnight? This areas sounds like a good start for me as a newbie than hitting Recoleta first. If it's slow then I can hit the Recoleta clubs.
