I guess you can't say you weren't warned. If they didn't give you your money back (you didn't say one way or the other), then it just shows that they don't give a shit. It appears that this particular girl wants to work for 10 minutes and then be done. She needs to find a new job.
It's like going to an oil change place, and them just putting a tablespoon of oil in, and saying, "Hey we changed it". I still think a picketting operation is in order. (Or perhaps handing out leaflets)

I must admit that having had a good experience at 1707 in the past, it was hard for me to justify a boycot of this establishemnt based on a single bad report. In this line of work, there are too many variables to allow for a universally perfect outcome in every case, so a certain but LOW number of unwanted outcomes is IMHO unavaoidable. The way in which the management handles and deals with these cases, however, is indicative of the caliber of the business. Before reading the report of JustGotBack, I fully intended to give them the benefit of a doubt and use their services on my upcoming trip, but I now have changed my mind.
Reading JustGotBack's report, it is self evident that "Barbara" is a problem chica. Hurrying a customer to finish, when he has already paid for an hour, only has one possible outcome: Resentment. It is quite clear that this Barbara chica has very little enthusiasm about her line of work and does her best just to "get it over with". Even so, hurrying the customer rarely works, as there are many other effective ways of expediting the inevitable. In fact, it is educational to know what the "typical" experience with this chica would be, if she does not terminate the session abruptly. Few mongers can go on for an hour. Most will shoot their load in the first 30 minutes, so what about the rest of the time? Does she initiate a second round? Does she give you a massage? Does she chit chat? Or maybe, she simply shows you the door after the first pop. I am willing to wager that it is probably none of the above, as (more than likely) she terminates most sessions abruptly. And this is where [b]the management fails, exactly as Jackson said.[/b] Good mangement would have treated Jackson better, and after a few complaints like this would have simply gotten rid of this Chica. She has no place in this line of work. If for nothing else, doing so makes business sense and is fair to other girls working there, trying their best to do a good job. For example, when I was there, Mony (My chica) immediately went for a massage and a second round after numero uno. By not dealing with this one bad apple, the management is not only alienating their client base, but also being unfair to their other hard working girls.
It reminds me of a time when I visited the Brussels RLD near Gare Du Nord. I chose a simply gorgeous Italian Chica who would be at least a 9 in anybody's book. Everything was nice until I sensed, after about 5 minutes, that she is hurrying me to finish. At that point I simply lost interest and could not even finish the deed. In fact when I think about it, aside from the time I was a teen-ager, I have NEVER been able to finish the deed when I sensed that the chica is deliberately hurrying me.
Again, as Jackson said, the problem is with [b] the management[/b] of this place in their failure to deal with this one bad chica. Jackson, you are a wise man. I didn't see your point initially, but now I do.

No I didn't get my money back except for the 20 Barbara gave me for La Boca. Sylvia“s stand is that the girls work for themselves. That they are independent contractors in essence. She's only there to answer the phone and open the door. She's not culpa, responsible, for anything else. Hell I didn't even want my money back. Since I was only in there for 10 minutes, another girl would have done nicely. Just don't pay Barbara and pay the new girl. I would have been happy with a credit for another time or a discount for that matter. It's not like I was a first time customer. I was hoping it would be my afternoon entertainment all week but now I will seek satisfaction elsewhere.

Forget Santa Fe. Save your time, money and more importantly bullets for a much better place. Skip out on the fat and attitude filled women. Unless you are into that type. I found my perfect daytime place today. Check it out in 2004 reports.

I agree. Again, with credit to Andres, we are referring to Suipacha 921 Apartment 6C, right in front of Hook and Cattos. Last night Knuckhead was the lucky recipient of a three-some by a very tall Mulata girl and a fake blond in her early 30's, about 5-6 in looks. The apartment is "Jacksonian" in its looks but functional. The best part was the no-pressure offer of two girls for 45 minutes for 100 Pesos. It may not exactly win the Dickhead award for value mongering, but it IS pretty damn cheap. The Mulata girl was very surprisingly "tight", so thought Knuckhead the "Junior".
Went to SF 1707, last week. At first I could not tell what floor this apt was on so, I decided to check one floor at a time. I started on the top floor (I think it was the 5th but I'm not sure). As I made my way down the stairs I ran into a young man and I asked, if he knew of an apt in the building that had chicas "de compania". He told me the place I was looking for was located on the 3rd floor. When I got there, I rang the door bell, a gal opened the door and asked if I had been there before. She explained to me how the place worked they only had 3 gals. I picked Barbara. She was fairly attractive and seemed nice. When I got in the room Barbara told me it was $100 pesos for an hr. and $20 extra if I wanted a BBJ. All and all I had a great time. I got 2 pops in one hour. I was very satisfied with the services I received. I gave Barbara a tip and was not sorry for it. I plan on visiting this fine establishment on my next trip in June.
A post in a separate thread reminded me of the excellent selection and service I have had in this place on previous trips. On my January/February trip there was a line-up of nine girls.
All of them were eminently do-able, and probably 6 of them rivalled the best-looking girls I've seen working out of Black's.
That said, there can always be a dud or failure of chemistry. (See the posts about "Barbara.") This fortunately hasn't happened to me in this place, though.

I totally agree about the Santa Fe Apartment. Its a really good option in my book.
I was shocked at how doable these lasses were. The (daytime) line-ups that I saw usually featured 6 or 7 ladies---and I would be hard pressed to make my selection.
To be more exact--the girls at Santa Fe--easily compare or surpass the girls in the clubs (including blacks)
Is it a perfect establishment? No.
But as far as looks, prices and service (in my own experience) I was more than pleased.
I recommend taking the girls off site to your apartment. (I prefer this to calling up unknown, bait and switches on some of the web sites).

Wow, I take a few months to post my experiences and it turns out I had a great experience with the chica, Barbara, that Jackson had a bad experience with. I guess you broke her in for me Jackson! Maybe it wasn't the same girl? I even got yelled at by the hostess for asking for Barbara's phone/e-mail!! I guess YMMV comes into play her.
Anyway, I didn't have a chance to check out other apartments while in BsAs. But I'm up for boycotting as long as there are a couple more complaints, and we have another great afternoon alternative.
Funny. I never read this thread on the BA section. Sorry to hear of Jackson's experience. Personally I never really liked the apartments either for the reason Jackson doesn't like them. That's why I usually pull them out and just see them at my apartment. It's the same price as seeing them there. You only need to pay some pesos for taxi. They have some mediocre talent. No hard bodies but some of the girls have pretty faces. On my last trip I noticed that Pamela is still there after over a year but she has put on weight.
This was my first time I sessioned in the room there. Bed was shit, lighting was shit, it was freezing, it was noisy but the girl was great in bed and total GFE. I won't session there again though. I'll pull them out but after reading Jackson's experience maybe I'll just try out all the other apartments. I think if you do decide to go to 1707 Santa Fe you should at least mention the fact that your American friend had a problem here and you want to make sure that BEFORE you pay you're not going to have the same problem. Maybe then the owners will realize what kind of business they are getting because of Jackson's site. JMHO.
These chicas talk so much I had already heard through the grapevine that Jackson was packing heat. What I found even funnier was when one popular girl was asked by a monger how I was in bed. Strange.....

That is the reason they gave me, but I think is because
the 60 pesos session patrons are a big chunk of their
business.
