Sadly it does happen from time to time anywhere you go. I have been to Junin 1631 several times. Nice girls, but I don't think they change the sheets very often.
When you phone a privado don't expect to get the whole truth. It is very common to be told there are 4 or 5 chicas available when in fact there are only one or two. They will sometimes tell you a girl is available when she isn't. The main objective it seems is to get you in the door and hope that you're so horny you'll take any girl that's free. Be charming but be assertive. Never be afraid to walk out if the girl you wanted is not there, if you don't see anyone you like, or if you feel uncomfortable with the privado for any reason at all.
However, all is not as bad as it seems. Once they get to know you at a privado you can usually phone up and get a straight answer. Most privado girls don't speak any English. In fact I have found that if a girl speaks English it often goes with a bad attitude. In clubs and privados I generally try to steer clear of girls who speak English.

As far as I know. all privados have a take out option. Generally you pay 30-50 pesos plus taxi return fare on top of the standard rate. I have taken a girl out from Junin 1631 a couple of times and they did not charge me extra. At busy times it seems they are short of rooms. The time is counted from when the girl arrives at your door to when she leaves. However, I think it is better to have your first session with a girl at the privado and then if you like her to arrange subsequent sessions at your place. If you arrange a take out by phone for a girl you don't know with a privado where you don't know the price, there is a good change you'll be overcharged ,and photos on the internet can be misleading.
