I contend that chica prices go up because so many gringos (of which I am one) refuse to negotiate because realitive to costs in the US and Europe are still cheap. Additionally, mongers refuse to look down the road to the time when they're lack of negotiation and walking away from a few chicas, who quote outrageous prices, will drive prices sky-high. Buenos Aires will be ruined for everyone by these mongers!!!

Read the Costa Rica posts. That place is ruined because of all the Americans who have gone there and paid outrageous prices and now the chicas expect it.

One should remember to define what an reasonable/outrageous price is by the economy they are VACATIONING in and NOT the enconomy they LIVE in.

Each vacation I have walked away from at least 2 super hot chicas because they quoted 200-300 pesos. If more of us did this, Madahos and Black and all the over-priced Recoleta clubs would have to change their business practice.

Forget the $300 US, I think 300 pesos is outrageous. In the states where the cost of living is perhaps five times (??) more expensive, California escorts, from the local websites, go for about $250-$350 (exclusive of the 'premium' chicas). Take 300 divided by 5 and you get $60 or $175 pesos. That would be the maximum range, yet too often I read guys posting how they're paying 300 pesos for every chica and don't give it a thought.

I sure hope Buenos Aires doesn't become like Costa Rica.

Customer service is one reason. If girls/apartments/clubs know substandard service will be rewarded with negative reviews for all the world to see, they may well upgrade their performance. It works this way in places other than Buenos Aires.

I tried to post a reply to Dickhead regarding his opinion about my posting. Wisely that posting was censored by the Admin (I admit it, it was a very offensive one)

When I talked to Candela I did not gave her any specifics regarding the forum, I actually told her that people share information about good experiences therefore; we (as educated costumers) make our selections of chicas based in part on that information.

Sometime is good when service providers know about consumer's groups like this. The problem with the chicas is when there are pics involved, that might damage their anonimity. Luckily this was not the case since I didn't take any pics.
