Most of my pics are in 1024x1024. I use Microsoft Pcitureit to crop then save to HALF FRAMEs. That would get the size down to about 480x480.
Then go to the Manage Attachment switch as stated by Jackson.

I have to disagree with you. The Mihov Image Resizer program is very easy to use. All you have to do is open the program, select the photo on the left side of the program's screen, then select the tab labeled "GIF" on the right side, then select the button labeled "Resize". The program will automatically create a new file with the same file name as your original, with the word "small" as a a prefix to the new file's name. It only takes 5 seconds, and the program does not change your original file.

I just got back from my first trip to Buenos Aires, and I would say that it is a great time to visit. Indeed, the more experienced guys say that things are popping all year long except maybe for the Xmas season. Read up on the Board. Essential advice is provided.
I had similar problems posting my pics since some were in very high megapixels. I downloaded the Mihov and it's a breeze to use. You don't even have to rename the pics as the program adds the word "mini" in front of the cropped photo.

After fucking Pandora in her shitty new location on Carlos Calvo (see report in that section) I proceeded to Pelvi's on Corrientes and caught a fully nude dance by a tall, sexy brunette named Silvina who usually works in the Callao branch. Just spent about 12 days in BsAs, exploring everything from Internet girls to massage parlors to boliches. Some parting thoughts.
Rental Apartment.
Quick note here. Stayed in a very nice studio apartment rented by [url]www.barent.com.ar[/url]. Great location on a quiet street just a short walk from the action in Recoleta. Cost about $40 a night and included wireless Internet and access to a very cheap laundry service. Would definitely rent from them again.
Internet girls.
I got burned a number of times here, lots of bait and switch and / or misleading pictures and so-so attitudes. A lot of the girls I had planned to see, after viewing escorts websites before my trip, I was unable to reach upon arrival. A number of the girls also only have cell phone numbers, which meant I couldn't call them from my rented apartment and had to walk down to a local call center (locutorio) to contact them—big pain in the ass. After an initial bait-and-switch or two, I was very scrupulous about not contacting girls who don't show their faces. But even that doesn't always work. I contacted one girl from tacosaltos. Com whose face was very clearly visible in the internet pictures, then questioned her on the phone (or her manager, I don't remember) whether the pictures were of the actual girl, whether they were recent, etc. Etc. They assured me that this was the case, and then sent me someone who didn't even come close to resembling the girl in the pictures. Needless to say, I sent her on her way, but was weak in the end and gave her 10 pesos for cab fare.
The girls from escorts-argentina and platynum did seem to be more true to their pictures, but as for attitude you just have to cross your fingers (they're all friendly on the phone before you book them! One real high-point was Julieta form escorts-argentina ("La colita mas hot!") reviewed recommended somewhere by another monger, who was really fantastic in the sack, has a tight beautiful body and wonderful attitude. Ended up giving her a big tip on top of her 150 peso fee I was so grateful.
As a side note, I have come up with a method for evaluating girls internet pictures which has been helpful. Look very carefully for what you are NOT seeing in the pictures. Don't just concentrate on those big luscious breasts and let your mind fill in all the other details with bits and pieces of your favorite super model. For example, if you never see a girls belly in a whole series of pictures, you can be sure there is a problem there. This happened to me with Connie from Escorts-argentina, but I would still recommend her as she was very very sweet and a good performer and only charged 100 pesos plus taxi.
Massage Parlors.
Checked out Paraguay 820 which looks like a completely legitimate spa initially, but will give you the old rub and tug for 70 or 80 pesos. After paying, I was introduced to a few decent looking girls wearing short robes with lingerie underneath. I chose the cutest one to me and got a decent half-hour massage before she asked if I wanted any other options. Sex was available for about 150 pesos extra, a bit pricey on top of the 70 or 80 pesos I had paid already, and since I wasn't all that excited about the girl, I passed.
A few days later I checked out Cordoba 966. The very cute girl—Milagros--who answered the door apologized that she was the only one available, but I was not disappointed at all and went in for the massage without delay. Again, I got a half-hour massage that was pretty good but not great, and since Milagros was wearing normal jeans and a t-shirt the whole time, I spent a lot of time wondering if I had—God forbid!—wandered into a legitimate massage parlour! Fortunately, again about 30 minutes in, Milagros laid out some more menu options (same prices and options as Paraguay 820) and before you know it I was enjoying her tight, perfect 22-year-old body! The total cost was the same as at Paraguay 820 (70 or 80 for the massage plus 150 for sex) which is to say a bit pricey, but I couldn't resist this girl.
Later on, as Milagros and I were wrapping up, I got to meet a few of the other girls who had wandered back in. After meeting them and seeing that they rated only as 5s or 6s in my book, I was even more thankful that the lovely Milagro was the one who opened the door upon my arrival!
Boliches.
I visited Ness, Hook, Cattos, Salome, Jaz and Affaire on various drunken evenings and almost always found myself in Hook at the end of the night, which was always packed with the young little spinners that I tend to go for. I spent 3-4 nights with one beautiful little argentina (I would rate her a solid 9) and she even slept over a few times, not going home until 5pm the next day on one occasion (which, by the way, kept me from making a party at the mansion) In addition to being beautiful, this girl was a total GFE for me with some truly memorable wall-pounding, bed squeaking, collapse in happy sweaty heap sex. Ahh, memories.
As for the other places, I liked the relaxed atmosphere at Ness though there were never many girls there to choose from. Affair has a 30 peso entry that gets you 3 drinks—good deal if you want to commit to the place and do some drinking. I went there on a Sunday and things were slow and I had trouble shaking off a English-speaking girl. Salome, Cattos and Jaz were packed to the ceilings with both attractive and not-so attractive girls the nights I went, but none of them really did it for me so I moved on after a drink or two.
As a final note on this subject, in the past I haven't liked boliche-like places for mongering. I don't like the pressure to buy drinks for the girls, nor do I care for the touts outside pushing little business cards in your face, the pressure to tip everyone from the doorman to the waiter, having to be on guard about being ripped off by the bartender or waiter, nor being out every night until 4am drinking so I can get laid. However, I changed my tune on this in BsAs after visiting the triangle area. The drinks are not too terribly expensive here (15 pesos for a beer for you, 30 or so for a chica) there is no entrance fee and no real pressure to buy drinks for the girls (you just need to buy her one to get her out the door) And the main advantage is that you have more time to check out and talk to the girls, and see if you have some chemistry. I ended up pulling two different girls out of Hook (one of them about 4 times) and another out of Ness, and had great times with all three. Just wish I could find a way to have the same great time at 2 in the afternoon instead of 4am with 8 Heinekens in me!
Apartments.
Only checked out the famous Sante Fe 1707 which had decent quality girls (6-8) the three times I went there. A good value for 100 pesos, especially the time I went with a nice young girl named Camila--who I almost didn't choose as she seemed a little standoffish during the introduction, not usually a good sign. I would have gone back here more had I not met my favorita in Hook, but after sex with her everyone else paled in comparison.
Summary.
Overall, I was very impressed with BsAs. It is a great cosmopolitan city and the mongering possibilities are endless. I only wish I had more time to spend there so that I could have tried my hand at the local non-pros. On such a relatively short trip though, I didn't even bother. I did wander into Kilkenny's one evening for a quick pint and saw a few beauties. If I was living in BsAs I would definitely spend some time exploring there.

All the internet chicas I've been with so far are the ones that have been reviewed in this forum. So far they all have lived up to their reputations. No bait and switch, no sub par performance, and no complain what so ever. They may cost 50 pesos more than others, but in the end it was well worth it. I agree some of the unknown internet chicas are tempting based on their photos. But for the time being I will continue to stick with the list. It will be a while before I have sampled all the recommended internet chicas before I venture out to unknown territory.
I posted a report about Umano Spa on Paraguay 820 in the Massage Parlor threat. My first masseuse Lorena and I did not discuss money at all ahead of time. In the end she asked for 100 pesos for the full service. As noted in my report, I did not have enough money on me. Then she took 70 pesos and seemed happy. I agree 150 pesos on top of 80 pesos entrance fee is steep. I would not have gone for it myself. Which girl did you have?
