I got the "official" word from two certified Exedra hookers who also frequent El Alamo. They said that at the end of February, Cafe Exedra will close for one month for "renovations". After that, they do not know the fate of Cafe Exedra, so what will happen after that monthlong closure is anybody's guess.

I heard the same thing today as far as it closing at the end of Feb. And re-opening in a month, from a fairly reliable source, but who warned me that his source was only "fairly reliable" as well.

I further heard that there will be chicas there when it reopens, he mentioned as a cafeteria (but I'm not sure how different that is from what it is already, really) but the chicas will be required to pay a fee to park themselves (I think he mentioned a nightly fee) and will be allowed "by invite" only.

Should be interesting if that is the case. First thought is that it will probably drive the price up somewhat. But I also wonder how they will enforce requiring the chicas to pay. At first surely they will try, but will chicas end up flooding the place and things just end up returning to normal eventually.

And does this mean that Murta (whatever her name is! Has a place as the new ruler of chicas? Heh.

I got two "official" versions. One says that it will become a pizza parlour and the other that it will become a Rond Point type place.

I can assure you that neither the girls nor the waiters have a clue - only guessing and wishful thinking.

I don't expect we will see much of a change - a little in the décor - even the name Exedra will stay. Maybe at first they will limit the amount of girls but slowly it will go back to normal.

Mirta will never return. She never reigned over the girls and she was tolerated by the old owner because of her connections with the police.

Apparently Exedra management let the staff know today that this Friday is the last day. Beyond that nobody really knows how long they will be closed. Arnaldo is going to work at a restaurant at the corner of Esmeralda and Viamonte.

Mongers take note,

There is a middle aged (38 +) blond Brazilian woman at Excedra. Wears a bright blond pony tail or hair piled on top.

Sometimes wears a brown Janet Jackson hat.

She is really tan and always wears sleeveless dresses. Speaks really good english and has charm, carefull.

She has a stern look and wears very nice dresses. Black or white are her usual colors,
Never wears pants to cover her very tan stout legs. She is a bit thick but muscular. She hangs with other Brazilian blonds who are significantly younger and prettier.

Took her out for 165p and had a gfe as we walked to my apt 6 blocks away.

In apt, still on gfe. All changed in the bed.

No kissing. No finger diddle, and no DATY. She sucked and jerked my unit.

And, NEVER pay before. Make the payment timing discussion at the table.

Ok, so if I am in BA from the 11th to the 18th, where does everyone meet up so to speek? If X is closed there is nothing to do until Newports gets buzy at 1AM. Am I right?

I do get a sense that the owners / new owners want to get a piece of the action with the girls which they were not getting in the past. Sounds like they may just be shooting themselves in the foot! That's just my opinion. They had all of the guys coming there and spending thier money there for years. If worse case scenario they do limit the amount of girls and the girls have to pay a nightly fee then I see the prices going up and the selection going down. If the regular girls need to pay a fee every day they will go away.

So again during this transition time in March where wil everyone be meeting up?

Also I am reading more about casitas / Palermo area more. Is that now getting to be a viable alternative to the Micro Center and recoletta?
