I have never directly benefited from TL but have been introduced to him over the years by board members. Never have heard a harsh remark about him and if I was in BA I would avail myself to using his services. I have known a number of visitors that he has helped and never taken anything from them for his help. The fact that he has a different operating posture now is no reason to insult him. Unless you have a specific claim against him do not stab him in the back.

If you read the board you will find many of TL's customers praising TL's services. It has been several years since I visited BA, but TL provide great guide services for both sightseeing and evening recreation. When I return again I won't hesitate to contact TL since even with his new pricing policy, he is the best bargain in BA for those not fully versed in the language and the local scene. When someone who you have never met agrees to spend his time helping make your visit safer and more enjoyable, only a cheap ass would not expect to pay something for the help.
