Enricos,
I'm embarrased to say that I never tried to bring in a female guest, only male business associates for meetings during the day. I did all my "business" with the chicas in albergues transitorios or in the case of Estilo Nuevo Boliche, right there in their own rooms. But I do remember one night on my way to Estilo Nuevo Boliche the night security guard told me he'd let me bring in chicas, so I don't think it will be a problem. If you like golf this is a good place since there's a golf course right across the street. By the way, this is not an upscale hotel like Etoile or Art Suites but perfectly comfortable and more of a homey place with very nice folks running the place and it's off the beaten path as I said and Belgrano is a relatively quiet neighborhood. Good luck, DownBA
-
DownBA,
Thanks for the Estilo Nuevo Boliche tip. Need more off-the-beaten-path info. How would you compare the chicas there with those in Black and the websites, quality wise?
-
CLSCentre,
I've never been to Blacks but I've been to Sadoma, Playwoman and Solid Gold and I'd say that the girls at Estilo Nuevo Boliche aren't nearly as upper crust as the other girls and they're much more the "girl next door" type but I think you'd have a great time there and if you speak a little Spanish you'll have an even better time. These girls are ridiculously friendly and I'd say you'd probably find at least a few that did the trick for you, but hey, when I was there last October the price was $150 pesos for an hour and that was before the big devaluation. If their prices are still the same with the exchange rate now trust me brother, you'll get a good bang for your buck. The two times I was with the same girl (Sylvana), she was very sweet and clean, we showered together both times and I personally made sure all the right places were clean. She was very affectionate and got me off twice in the hour both times so that ought to give you an idea of how good her technique was and in between we cuddled, caressed and chatted in Spanish. In fact, I really felt like I was doing it with a girlfriend with this pretty 21 year old. I'd say at this place you'd find slender girls, curvy girls, zoftig girls, girls with small breasts, big breasts, natural breasts, enhanced breast, a little for everyone's liking.
As for other off the beaten trail places like Estilo Nuevo, I'm of the opinion that there are places like that in every section of town though I don't know of any others personally. However, if you ask the night security guard in your hotel he'll probably be able to recommend you his favorite off the beaten trail place too.
One last thing regarding off the beaten path info, remember that late at night if you stoll along the major avenidas and look in the windows of every legitimate cafe or confiteria that you'll see dozens if not hundreds of young ladies sitting alone looking out the window at you and yes, you guessed it.....these girls are all available for hire and probably at very reasonable prices.
Happy hunting, DownBA

Hello all my old friends---
Life has thrown me a wicked curve ball. My company reorganized and I no longer hande South America. I now oversee Central Europe--mainly Moscow, Prague, and Budapest. But also have business in Paris.
I realize that this post is a little off topic--but I wanted to tell you about my recent travels in Moscow, Paris, Prague and Budapest--as a way for my Buenos Aires Buddies to compare the scenes.
MOSCOW--hated it! While it may be true that there is a thriving hobby scene in Moscow--the girls, the bars, the agencies are all basically con artists who try to get the maximum amount of cash out of you for the least amount of service. Yes, there are some very hot young pros to be had--I went to a private apartment brothel and had an hour session with a blonde girl that was 18 and half (showed me her ID). I had my way with the girl--two shots, the second anally; The price came out to around $86 US dollars. BUT this beautiful young girl was cold. Spoke no English. The apartment was a fucking dump. And the taxi ride from Red Square took at least 30 minutes.....Regarding the hobby bar/night club scene (compared to my beloved Buneos Aires), it is so bad as to not even describe--yes there are some stunners to be had, but they ask for $300 hundred and then settle for around 180 dollars for an hour (never TLN) But you can just see how cold these bar girls are!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME VISTING MOSCOW FOR THE HOBBY.
PRAGUE---another vastly overrated experience. I went to the infamous K5 (a hobby night club that has a reputaton of being the best place in Prague--sort of like Blacks reputation) Quick report: half the size of Blacks but they have on premise rooms; but the place is NO WHERE NEAR as classy as blacks....prices approx $70 dollars for half an hour and over $150 dollars per hour for an hour (which makes no sense since it gets more expensive for an hour!) There were about 15 girls in the club--none of them over the rating of 6....and worst of all they were fake bitches--all they really just want to get you to the room, and get back out on the floor. The K5 vibe made ol' LA Larry sick and I split without sampling the fare.....HOWEVER--if you must go to Prague--the best value is SEXPARK--a short, very safe metro ride from the center of the city. SEXPARK is a warehourse set up like the Red Light District of Amsterdam. There are about 20 hotties ranging from 5-7s (and some had some incredible bodies) Each girl has a little room with a bed and shower and she stands by her door and you can walk around and pick the one you want. The price is a very reasonable 1000 Krowns ($29 dollars) for a 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place for the best girls and best value of Prague. I must've fucked 15 girls there in 10 days.....But its just a quickie spot, none of the gals really speak any English....Just the sam--I wish there was a sex park in Los Anglese.....Anyhow lemme add one last warning. Stay away from every Hobby clubs off Wenceslas Square--they suck so fucking bad that they still infuriate me. The Whoremongers Association should go in there and shut everyone of those clubs down. AND lastly--the cab drivers in Prague are out and out thieves. They are dishonest, dangerous scumbags. I basically almost came to blows virtually every night out hobbying. Take the metros.
BUDAPEST--awful, awful scene: see above and you get the picture. I actually was so despondent over the terrible hobby club scene in Pest that I actually toyed with the idea of picking up a Bulgarian gypsy street walker before I came to my senses. (The Vaci Uztca is SW central--almost all gypsies.
PARIS--here is a very funny story. Yours truly was walking down the Rue St--Denis and entered a peep show palace that said they had onsite massage girls. So I go in and an African shows me a picture of a fucking stunning girl. Basically the picture was of a brunette, a parsian version of Pamela Anderson. He tells me "30 euro, compleat" So I said what the fuck! He takes me back to this little room and lo and behold--the girl from the picture is actually standing before me. I was shocked. The girl was a stunning, perfect 10. She tells me to strip, which I do immediately. She then asks me what I want. I say everything. And she says "800 euros" (!!!) I couldnt believe my ears. I told her she was insane. And the mean ***** said "well then masturbate yourself." I got dressed and stormed out of the joint and conituned on up the Rue St Denis and picked up the first Street Walker I could find. A 45 year old train wreck with sexy lips. I figured, I'll let her suck me off. I ask her how much and she says "50 euros" Fine, lets go. She leads me to her garret atop a condemmed pre--Haussmann building--on the verge of collapse. Inside her little hovel, I strip down. And she affixes a condom to my johnthomas. She sucks me for all of 10 seconds and then pulls her skirt over her head and tells me to finish by fucking her. I take one look at her hairy twat, the width of the Panama canal and I almost shriek! Instead, I ask her to finish me off with her hand. This she grudgingly agrees to--but does such a (purposely) half assed job, that my johnthomas goes soft. Then she pretends like she cant speqk English. IF POSSIBLE, PARIS IS THE WORST OF THE WORST FOR THE HOBBY. Yes, I know, I was a fool and an amatuer. But this kind of expereince is virtually impossible in Argentina.
To conclude---Buenos Aires is spectacular because the girls you meet by and large are enthusiastic about their vocation. They spend quality time with you without watching the clock. The prices in BA are incredibly low. The bars are stocked with beautiful girls--something for everyone. The streets are safe. The cab drivers are honest. The restaraunts are great and the hotels are hobby friendly. What more could you ever want?
I wrote this post just in case any South American hobbiers were thinking of fishing in a new pond. My advice is to fish BA until it the supply is exhausted. EUROPE IS THE PITS COMPARED TO BA!!!!

LA Larry,
I haven't been to BA but have travelled in Europe and am now in San Diego so you know I am currently doing the TJ scene. Guys, for some reason, don't believe it when I say the girls in TJ are, on average, a lot better than most of the European chicks I done. Compared to Latinas, they are cold fishes but hey, once in a while, you'll get a gem but I don't have a lot of time or money to waste on low average bets.
I'm with you man... BA is next on my itinerary.

LA Larry,
Sorry you had a bad time in Europe and particularly that you got transferred out of the South American territory, that's a real bummer. I've been to BA several times and really can't envision getting enough of the place and the chicas especially, but please, for the sake of really being realistic for the folks that haven't been there, take off your rose colored glasses for a little while and stop telling people that the cabbies are honest and that the place is carte blance "safe." Fact of the matter is, if you read the on-line papers as I do, the latest thing in BA is called "Sequestros Expres" or "Express Kidnappings." This is happening rampantly down there at the moment where people are being kidnapped for a 1000 peso ransom, something most people can afford to have their loved ones back. There was just a story yesterday in Clarin.com about one where the ransom was paid and the kidnappers still murdered the victim with a bullet. This is happening because those people are economically desperate at the moment.
About the cabbies and again maybe I'm privy to some things other Americans aren't since I speak pretty good Spanish, but I had a primer on BA cab safety from none other than one of the honest cabbies himself. He told me to NEVER us a 100 peso note because the cabbies routinely give you change in counterfeit 20 peso notes and to ALWAYS sit in the front besides the cabbie since it's much harder for the cabbie to conceal a weapon if you're right besides him. Lastly, never forget that some of the cabbies are holding the passengers up, picking up accomplices and you to various atm's around town to withdraw the maximum amount of money at each machine. BA safe?
Last time I was there I had an appointment in a certain neighborhood at a large company in broad daylight and my contact warned me not to attempt to walk to this call under any circumstances that I'd be either robbed or harmed in some way without a doubt. I thanked him for that bit of info and took a cab directly to the front door.
So is BA safe? At this moment I'd have to advise anybody that they should enjoy themselves to their fullest but not to forget for a second that this year they're having their record year of policeman being murdered and that it's a major city with phenomenal women and huge prospects for being konked over the head with brass knuckles for the few hundred dollars that you might have in your pocket since these people are on the balls of their ass....no work, no money and no prospects for change in the forseeable future. So yes, Larry, I LOVE this place from the bottom of my heart but please try not to make the people believe that this city is "safe." DownBA

Hey DownBA--
Thanks for setting me straight. My post about BA being safe (and the drivers being honest) was irresponsible. Sorry if I got carried away and mislead anyone.
I wasnt trying to steer anyone wrong. I was basing my post on my own personal experiences in Buenos Aires--which were absurdly safe BUT perhaps mine was an exception to the rule.
(Also--I am a pretty big guy so perhaps I am not the ideal target for most muggers who are looking for an easy mark; I also speak a tiny bit of Spanish and would immediately engage every cab driver in conversation, partially to feel the guy out to gauge where his head was at, and partially to send the driver a message that I was the wrong guy to fuck with).
Anyway--not to beat a dead horse--but compared to the out and out banditos of Central Europe--I still would trust Argentino cabbies 1000 times more than Hungarian, Czech or Russian cabbies.
Anyone thinking about shooting down to BA should take heed of DownBA's prudent words and read the latest reports coming out of Argentina. It very well might have changed drastically since my last trip in March. God knows the people are suffering. Anything is possible given the circumstances.
I still fully intend on going there this Nov or Dec for some R&R, but depending on the situation, I might consider restricting my BA adventures to the Recoleta area if things continue to devolve.
Going to Mar Del Plata doesn't really scare me. I will be staying at the Sheraton. It is a legitimate 5 star hotel. There is a very decent golf course across the street. The beach is a few hundred yards away. AND a fantastic hobby club called Malajocos (?) is a half a block away. And the Sheraton is girl friendly. I will be bringing a different 22 year old superstar up to my suite every night--for $100 or $150 pesos.
-
I am sorry to disagree with you DownBA, but I think your post about how dangerous Buenos Aires is is not accurate.
I spent 10 days there this month. I am going to be back for 10 more days in the next couple of weeks.
I was in most every part of the city, at different times of the day and night. I never once felt the least bit unsafe.
Will I wander about on the sidewalks, waving Benjamins and blabbering in English? Of course not. If you are foolish enough to wander into Watts or the South Bronx, wearing an Armani suit, you will make yourself a mark. Even in better areas, if you make yourself a mark you will be robbed in Georgetown or Greenwich Village. If you are accosted, just give them what they want and they will go away. You will be out 300 pesos or so, who cares? It's just Monopoly money.
I felt far safer in BsAs than I ever do in LA, NYC, or Chicago, and believe me I saw a lot more cops walking a beat in BsAs then I ever have in an American city.
Uncle Otto's Bottom Line is that you have to use common sense. Bring only a small amount of money out on the town with you, and no credit cards. With taxi fares so low, it is crazy to try to give a cab driver a 100 peso note, break those in the restaurants when you have dinner, or better yet, tell the people in the cambio/exchange place to give you 20 peso notes, as there is very little in town that an average visitor will be buying for 100 pesos except in expensive stores.
A local gave me the suggestion only to hail Radio Taxis or to telephone for them, take this advice as you see fit - I have always hailed cabs without incident.

Sorry to read you had some bad experiences in Europe. However, remember this: KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. Would any of us know where to go for a good time in Buenos Aires if we hadn't been given the information by our helpful friends who had blazed a trail before us?
I say this because I met several Americans in Buenos Aires who used this information source but have offered NOTHING describing their experiences in BsAs. Even if you think somebody else has gone over the information before, you should POST your experiences, not everybody will go back in the threads and read what has been posted before.
I have some suggestions for you for Eastern Europe, where I have traveled many times, and have had lots and lots of fun. Budapest, in fact, is one of my favorite cities in the world, one which reminds me in some ways of our beloved Buenos Aires. Why not drop me a line and I can give you some suggestions?
And Larry - if you had a bad time in Moscow, Prague, Budapest, and Paris, why didn't you post it in the threads for those cities??????????? It's not bloody likely that somebody who is thinking about a trip to Budapest will read your cautionary tale here in the Buenos Aires thread!!!!!!!

Ah but dear Tio Otto,
You have been a bit reticent about the "homestretch" in your most amazing report. Do tell us MORE!!!! I'm planning a trip down in December and need a bit more info regarding places and prices and what to expect...
PS
And I plan on posting a veritable hobby guide when I am down there.
-
Hi, Folks!
I arrived in BA yesterday and resumed my mongering habits.
Before start, take into account that:
- I'm a native "porteño", so language is not an issue for me.
- I do the hobby sparingly. Rarely do I see more than one girl each day.
- This trip will provide me with a lot of non-pro action.
The good news is that I will pursue the off-the-beaten-path places. At least, I hope to have enough time to do so...
To start, I went yesterday to Affaire (Pueyrredon Av. between Paraguay St. and Mansilla st.). The place has a red neon light in the front door, you can't miss it. Since I had a heavy schedule for Monday, I hit the place at 11PM.
Something changed from my previous visit in December: same decoration, same prices (p10 for admission w/drink included, p70 for 30 minutes and p140 for an hour), same rooms (they have rooms available next door, in a sketchy building) but different girls. Quality decreased. I found out later that many of the foreign girls (mainly Paraguayans and Brazilians) didn't return after the holidays because it was unconvenient for them to do business in BA. Certainly, before the devaluation they could send montly a couple of hundred Dollars to their homes. Now, they can send only a quarter of that. Too bad, since these places were once crowded with very nice and simple foreign girls who really took their duties seriously.
Being a Sunday night and before midnight, I spotted very few girls, totaling 6. Some 4s, and perhaps two 5-6s. I chose Carolina, a girl from the Salta province with average legs, average tits and not nearly an hourglass figure, but suggestive lips and great attitude.
As many girls do in Affaire, she approached me, sitted over my lap and started curling me in my tighs and in between, kissing and licking my neck while proposing me to do anything I liked. We chatted for a while (I found out that many off-the-beaten-track places in the provinceside were closed due to problems with the Bonaerense Police) and then headed to the rooms.
As I said before, the rooms are somewhat sketchy. Although clean, these rooms are not like those in an Alberge Transitorio, with so many toys and light fixures. But for a session, that was enough.
She provided what she promised: Good BBBJ (she tried hard, but not her best skill), FS in every position and greek. After that, some massage. The half hour went fast but smooth.
I expect to return during a Thursday, to see if there are more and better girls. Who knows...
My advice: Don't go there if you can spend $100 with a Recoleta girls. You will have a better time.
Respect to safety, things got worse and you shoud be careful. In fact, some homeless teenagers nastly hassled me yesterday when returning home, popping out of the woodward when walking in Santa Fe Av. (Affaire is close to where I stop by, so I walked all the way home). They were 7 or more, and I escaped by hurrying my pace. Last year, nobody would have bothered me like that. However, BA is not Rio or Sao Paulo in security nightmares...yet.
Hope this helps,
Andres

First of all, Larry good to hear you're ok. I was wondering about you. Sorry you have had your locations switched. That really is a shame. I hope we can still hook up in BA or Mar Del Plata in December.
I've been a part of public and private boards for years and you'll always have guys that share and guys that don't. No use complaining about it. (I couldn't believe it when I read below of a guy complaning about "more" info). In a perfect society everything would be simple. We don't live in a perfect society. I know since I posted about 10-12 guys have personally emailed me saying they went down and had a great time. Some posted but most didn't post anything and it doesn't bother me in the least.
I still get emails from a few dudes every week asking for more info than what I posted. All I can say is I take the time to answer almost all of them but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE before you email me or one of my amigos for information.... go back and read the information we posted. Almost all of it is still right on target and accurate. How anyone can say they don't know what to expect in BA based on these posts is beyond me.
The other thing that I think everyone needs to take into account is the YMMV (you're milage may vary) factor. I personally believe any guy no matter what his age, ethnic background or religion is could score a fabulous time in Buenos Aires. However, some guys will have better luck and have more fun. That is the same no matter where in the world you go. As far as L.A. Larry's and Otto's safety commment. I totally 100% concur with them. I do think DownBA makes a good point but I think news sensationalizes events all the time. Take everything you read from this or any other source with a grain of salt. Remember that common sense always prevails.
Also, when it comes to crime I think that we've all been lucky down in B.A. so far. I still have yet to email, talk or correspond with even one American that has experienced crime in B.A. That to me says a lot. Personally, I think I will always feel safe in the Recoleta area. To me it was paradise. I don't have a need for the "thrill of the hunt" so to speak so everything I needed was in Recoleta. Between the clubs at night, the chicas phone numbers from the clubs, and the internet girls from websites like (www.area-vip.com.ar and www.platynum.com.ar) you could go a while down there with a beauty every day and every night.
Good luck amigos.

Hi !
I need to know one thing. I'm two times this year in BA. October and for New Year. Is it possible to take a girl to "Punta del Este" in Uruguay ? Does anyone know prices for lets say about 4-5 days escort to this place or exists anyone who has experiences there ? this would be very helpful for me to plan my trip better.
I have to recomand a COOL design hotel in BA: www.designsuites.com ! They charge for their junior suites which are looking fantastic right now 70usd + tax !!!!!!
Thanks for your postings or you can contact me directly.
Greetings

DownBA,
Sounds like Estilo Nuevo Boliche is in the same league as yabba's J&B. The chicas described in these local bars seemed to offer more GFE potential. Thanks.
-
To OliverM: hey there, you said you would go to BA in December .... what date ??? I am going to BA in December too, arriving on Sat. 26th and leaving on Sat 02nd of November and I'll be staying at the Design Suites Apart for those 7 nights.
And you are right, it looks really cheap compared with what on offer ... I got a quote for 65 USD + taxes (21% VAT).
To everybody else: anybody planning BA in late October, as far as I know it's perfect timing, start of the warm season but not too hot, plenty of chicas around .... any tips where to meet semi-pros or non-pros up to a good night ????
Thank you in advance, rob_roy
-
Sorry OliverM, I meant October, not December.
I'll be arriving on Sat. 26th of October and leaving after a week, on Sat. 02nd of November ....

1) SAINT: hey Saint, nice to hear from you too. You are the voice of reason on this board and it looks very promising for my voyage to Argentina in December. Lets talk more about the dates when the in the early fall. Would love to show you around Mar Del Plata. (It will be beatifull down there then). Remember the two best hotels in MDP are the Sheraton and Manantiales www.manantiales.com.ar YOU CANT GO WRONG AT EITHER.
2) OLIVER M---Punta del Este in Uruguay is a bad scene in my opinion--although if the truth be known I really don't dig Uruguay at all except for Colonia. The reason why Punta del Este sucks, IMHO, is that its sort of like a Saint Tropez scene with all the attendent attitude and high prices. All the rich and famous South America flock there and bring with them their noveau riche sensibilities. I stay there three days at a work associates hacienda. The streets and clubs are mobbed with youg beautiful girls. I was unable to investigate the hobby scene but there must be one; and regarding your idea of bringing a girl from BA down there. I suppose such a thing is possible. I only question your choice of a destination because of the high prices. Even if money wasnt an a consideration, I would prefer to bring a BA girl to Colonia which is closer, cheap, and romantic. PUNTA DEL ESTE in high season sort of feels like spring break in Cancun, only instead of raging frat boys and girls, you have raging would be models and their trust fund boyfreinds in speedo bathing suits.
3) OTTO--the reason I didnt bother to post my expereinces on those particular city threads is partially out of laziness and partially because my overall feeling was so negative about those cities that I didnt want to start a flame war. As far as I am concerned, there is only really only one place to hobby and that is South America and the Dominican Republic. You mentioned that you enjoyed Budapest, and I dont doubt you. However, the overall vibe given off by everyone--the cabbies, the rip-off strip clubs, the rude hotel staff--Budapest really bothered me ESPECIALLY after my SAINT LIKE experiences in Buenos Aires where virtually every aspect of my adventures was great. I guess what it comes down to is that a typical night in Argentina goes like this for me:
1) a $1.50 taxi to a restaurant in Recoleta
2) a great meal for $8 in a restaurant where I watch a parade of beauties stroll by.
3) Hit a great club Playwoman, Blacks (even the bad joints are fun NewPorts, CuttySark, etc)
4) choose from a selection of some 30 girls all around 7 or 8 rating, all around 22 years old, all better looking than any girl I had in my college days. cost for 2 hours approx 200 pesos
5) back to my 70 peso hotel in the center of the city.
On the other hand, the typical night in Budapest goes like this:
1) cant hail a cab because they are all so fucking dishonest;
2) bad food at western prices OR bad food at hungarian prices
3) the strip clubs are a complete joke run by brazen gangsters--the girls attitudes are terrible. They come across like they are enslaved by there employers
4) back to my hotel room ($260) and too tired to jerk off.
You get the picutre.
-
You tell em Larry. That was my experience there as well. It will be a long time before I go back. Thanks for all your input to the board. Your postings are first rate.
-
Larry,
Nicely done. I appreciate hearing about the bad as well as the good, and get a sense of context and comparison. You are also right that some posters are single destination centric, and will challenge any difference in opinion.
-
Larry. If you don't mind, what is the name of the 70 peso hotel?
-
the name of the 70 peso hotel is called the HOTEL CASTELLAR a wonderful old classic of a place on the Avenida de Mayo. Girl friendly, small very clean rooms, CNN, and a great internet cafe next door. Literally a 5 minute cab ride to Recoleta. HIghly recomend it to those on a budget. GREAT STAFF
-
Thanks you LA Larry and rob_roy5.
Just to complete my descripiton. I want to have this fun like ant the french cote azur and really like to have these kind of stuff in Punta del Este. I already rent a nice hacienda in La Barra. These things are really cheap compared to the last seasons - relative. Money is not my problem - I just want to know if anyboday already took girls from BA to a destination like a escort service.
rob_roy5 - I'm down there from 25st sept until 8th oct. and then the second time with the punta trip from 24th dec until 15th jan.
But I think this will not match your plans ! right ?
If anyboday knows what the rates are for several days this would be helpful as well.
thanks again guys for your response.

@ Larry
You are absolutely right about Budapest. I have yet to meet a hunter that has had a good experience there.
Prague can be OK, although there is a big Tourist Trap Compnent there too.
My Advice for the area you are in is head to the country from which Argentina allowed 10,000 Nazis to emigrate from in 1945-1946...Germany.
In Germany the business is for locals, not tourists. It is well run and fair, especially the FKK scene. Overnights cannot be payed, but 1/2 hour and hour sessions are pretty damn good. Read about it in the board, it is the best I have had until now, although I am trying to see how I can head to BA soon. My Best Eastern European experience until now has been Tallin Estonia, worst experience was Budapest, Hands Down.
-
My friends with bad Hungarian experiences:
Gosh, what a bunch of frowny-faces you all are! Is Budapest the heaven for skirt-chasing that Buenos Aires is? No! But neither was BsAs the heaven it is now, just one short year ago. It is also a completely different market. Clubs and SWs are a no-no, the way to go is with internet girls and with a good agency or two.
The absolute best restaurant in the world, hands down, is Gundel in Budapest. I have been there several times, once even flew to Hungary for a long weekend just so I could have dinner there twice. I got to know the maitre d', which always helps to ensure good service.
There are some really excellent eateries in Hungary IMHO, but you know, perhaps the style of Hungarian food doesn't lend itself as well to the lighter tastes that some Americans have. The other thing I adore about the country is the wine, which is excellent and reasonably priced. Any trip to Budapest has to include a trip to the House of Hungarian Wines (Magyar Borok Haza), which is a wine cellar on top of Castle Hill, right across the street from St. Mattias Church. For about 8 bucks you can try 30-40 different kinds of wines (and buy 300-400 more), they will also do a tour for you. Mucho fun with a date, let me tell you.... ;-)
Lots of other things to do there, as for women, though, perhaps I don't want to brag too much, but I have had little trouble meeting interesting local companions. On the other hand, I have also had a few visits with girls from the ex-Soviet countries, for whom Budapest is on a par with any W. European city.
Sorry you fellows have not had the good experiences there that I have.
Yo napot!

Hi, again!
Yesterday, it was a long day, full of surprises.
It started at 6PM, when I scheduled a massage session with Mara (see Platynum). I arrived at the place (near Cordoba Av. and Esmeralda St.) and the assistant told me that a previous customer extended the session with her. That's the main problem with private apartments: Sometimes, they can't provide what they promise even if you book in advance. The assistant introduced me to the other girls (the ones in the Platynum site with the same phone number). They were very close to what photos promise.
In order to wait for Mara, I decided to walk around the neighborhood for half an hour. First, I went to Cafe Orleans, just looking through the curtains' gaps. No more than 7 girls, only 1 or 2 really cute. Then, I headed to Reconquista and Paraguay, where Cutty Sark and the others are. I found out that the pub Insomnio was out of business and that a "new" pub called "Ladies" was open (in fact, this place was previously called Bridge). Finally, I went to Exedra and saw from the outside just 3-4 girls.
Back to the massage place, Mara was still occupied. No problem: many places to go, but since I had an appointment by 8PM, just had time to do something quick. I decided to see a new place called "Gypsy Pub", located inside a commercial ally in Cordoba Av. between Florida and Maipu. Some promoters of this pub were handing cards in the corner of Cordoba and Florida, inviting customers to join. STAY AWAY! This is a rip-off place! I entered and was invited to seat in a couch. All of a sudden, 2 girls who presented themselves as managers started talking, while the waitress provided them with drinks (drinks that they didn't ordered neither have asked my permission for). 10 minutes later, the waitress asked p75, p25 for each drink. I paid and left immediatelly.
You may think that p75 ($20) are not a big deal, and I agree. But what worries and annoys me is that they start behaving like barracudas, inflating the bar tab artificially to strip money from customers providing no service at all.
I had to figure out that many pubs in downtown are rip-off holes. since near Lavalle and Esmeralda are most of these rip-off joints. Well...that's the risk of the adventurer.
After that, I went to the Tucuman and Florida place. Only 3 girls, none of them above 4, so I told the assistant that I wouldn'take the service. She told me "Rules have changed", and asked me p15 for the presentation of the girls. Damn! Anyway, if you go there check it out. Perhaps, the owners don't' like local guys who want to be "smart" and see the girls without paying, but they forgive foreigners.
Not having enough time before my date, I had to wait until 2AM. After the non-pro action ended, I went to the Paraguay and Suipacha bar strip: Catto's, Hook, Ness. Catto's had 15-20 girls, most of them 6-7s. Noting special, and prices the same as December: p10 for your drink, p20 for the girls' drinks and p100 for a 2 hour session (add p10 for the cab and p20-30 for the hotel-albergue transitorio). A girl told me that most massage places in Flores quarter (the former "Capital of sex" in Buenos Aires) were being busted by the Federal Police (I will go there next week, anyway). Since none of the girls were particularly beautiful (by then, I had had some non-pro action ,so I was pretty tired and only a stunner could have revived me), I moved to Hook.
Hook had a slightly better quality, with similar prices (p12 and p18 for Hook, instead of p10 and p20 for Catto's). I saw a really stunning Paraguayan girl called Julieta (I give her a 9). Natural big boobs, nice body, slim waist and thick lips. She was also very charming, with great attitude and that special Paraguayan accent that pops me up. I was almost to take he out when I remembered that I saw many people coming in and out of Ness, so I decided to go there and see what was up.
Ness had only 12-15 girls, some former Catto's girls (I spotted 3 with whom I had sessions 3 years ago). Good quality (7s and 8s, perhaps a 9), but somewhat lame in the ambience and decoration. Anyway, no girl that catered to me. Since by then it was 3:30AM and was very tired, I thought that going to a hotel with Julieta was a mess; better to do a quickie in Affaire (Pueyrredon and Paraguay).
Affaire was packed with 16 girls, many more than in Sundays. Most were 6s and 7s, but a couple were 8s. I spotted a girl called Claudia, from the Misiones province. Gees! Cinnamon colored skin, thick lips, nice C cups boobs, great legs and well rounded butts. It was near 5AM when, as the place was closing, I asked for a 30 minute service of only p70. She provide a great BBBJ, while kising and caressing very well (close to a GFE). Too tired for massage and/or FS.
By 5:30AM, I was walking home. Hope to save some energy for the non-pro action tonight...
Hope this helps.

Ditto. Really interesting. Keep them coming. I'm heading down there in a few months, so your info is really great.
I will be posting info as well soon when I'm there, to further through light on the hobby.
Muchisimo Gracias

Andres, Gracias por tu resumen...tenés ganas de visitar a Estilo Nuevo Boliche? Espero que si porque me gustaría leer tu resumen de este lugar, para mi fue muy divertido. Avisáme si te gusta las chicas allí. Gracias, DownBA (please excuse my Spanish everyone, but they say about foreign languages "use it or lose it" so I'm practicing.)
PS Andres, is this Julieta girl, the Paraguayan the same chica name Julieta on Platynum.com? If it is I'm in love with this girl and have to meet her my next trip to la Capital! Un abrazo Andres, DownBA

DownBA:
Tu castellano no es nada malo, ciertamente...
I'll try to visit Estilo Nuevo Boliche, but it depends on how much I dare to go out with the car. I expect to visit Flores first (where there are no less than 6 places that cater to locals, at least one of which is top-class).
Hook's Julieta is pretty similar to that of Platynum, but the latter has not-as-remarkable boobs. They may be different girls. Since these girls change names frequently, you never know.
Un abrazo,
Andres

DownBA,
Thanks for the Spanish lessons; it makes things run more smoothly to speak reasonably well. I am going to be in BA Sept. 6-12, and had a couple of other questions for anyone on the forum:
In Otto's posts, there was reference to a French St. brothel. I seem to have seen the street # somewhere on the discussion board , but can't locate it.
Anybody know the #?
Also, I am booked at ArtSuites. Anyone know their attitude toward short-stay guests?
Roberto

Roberto:
Artsuites is OK with guests.

Roberto,
No hay problema amigo, de vez en cuando escribo castellano asi que practicen ustedes para disfrutar sus viajes a BA! Yes, Roberto, I believe speaking Spanish definitely enhances your trip to BA since let's face it, many of these chicas that we meet speak minimal English and being able to chat in Spanish beyond "How much?" and "The weather is nice today" really helps you ingratiate yourself with these extremely "calida" chicas.
DownBA
[blue]Please gentlemen, this is an English only site.
Thank You,

andres....,
I had the EXACT same experience in "Gypsy Pub". A complete rip-off. Guys, learn from our misfortune...stay away. I was two seconds away from becoming the REALLY ugly American. I don't mind spending money (in exchange for value), but do NOT try to rip me off. As a New Yorker, I welcome the opportunity to "light beam" your ass out of our realm of existence....

Agree. I know Spanish also and it's great to know it for the hobby in BA but it takes me a bit longer to understand the posts in Spanish, so please post in English, as I need as much info as possible and with the least difficulty to get the max info for my trip in BA.

Hi!
Saturday, I revisited the Flores quarter.
I entered the mongering status by 4 AM. Got into the car, filled the tank in a gas station and started studying the SW action.
First, I went to Constitucion. I spotted some ugly Dominicans in Santiago del Estero St. between Constitucion St. and Pavon St., and many TVs in San Jose St. and Constitucion St. Didn't ask them any price. Then, I saw a new pub in Caravelas Ct. and Salta St., called Calypso. Since I didn't dare to park in the dark streets there, I didn't get in. While cruising, I recognized an old pub in Garay Av and Santiago del Estero. Needless to say, these places seemed really scale-down, slumps, genuine holes where to get serviced the sausage.
After that, I drove all the way to Flores. There, I reviewed the SW scene: Some TVs and only a few women in Bacacay St. and in Bogota St. Since it was nearly 4:30 AM, chances are that girls had already gone home. While cruising, I noticed that none of the classic MPs were closed: La Fuente (La Fuente St. and Rivadavia Av.), Envidia (Rivadavia Av. and the 1st parallel street to Nazca Av.), Dolys and Liza (both on San Pedrito Av. and Directorio Av.) were at full speed.
Since it was pretty late, I decided to try la Fuente, which usually doesn't betray me. To my dismay, it was packed with nasty teenagers (July 20th is the Friend's Day here), touching every butt they could reach with their hands (yes, even mine). I stayed for 30 minutes, never leaving my hands from my pockets (it is easy to pickpocketing in this scenario). There were 12-13 girls, none of them over 5. It used to be at least 1 or 2 7s or 8s, but not that day. Prices: p35 for 20 minutes, p50 for 30 minuted and p90 for 1 hour, p10 admission and p10 the hotel in the same block. Didn't like the scene, so I moved to Dolys.
Dolys was also packed up to the roof with pests (teenagers who go to drink and touch but not to do business), but there were about 30 girls. Most of them 4s or less, but a few gems outstood. One of them was Tamara, a petite latina (5'3") that elicited my deepest mongering instincts (a blonde-dyed brunette with nice butts and meaty lips, who could barely walk in her spiked high heels platform shoes). She was really busy, so I had to wait for about 1 hour. Prices: Same as La Fuente, but they have rooms next door, so no hotel fee.
By the way, it is extremelly unlikely that anybody speak English there. However, it is also unlikely that you would get robbed inside.
The roms were pretty clean and simple, very small but enough for a quick session. Somewhat sketchy for those accustomed to nice hotel rooms, but when you are horny even the Secretary of State office seems comfortable. She started providing an awesome BBBJ and then we did FS. She put the extra mile, really charming. Noteworthy, since she was really busy and didn't have to satisfy me.
Hope to visit the JB Justo area pubs soon:
- Artigas (JB Justo Av. and Artigas St.), a supposed high-scale one.
- The one in the corner of JB Justo Av. and Artigas St.
- Scorpion (JB Justo Av. and the 2nd street before nazca Av.)
- Maraha (JB Justo Av. and the 1st street before Artigas)
Respect to J&B (The French St. pub), it is located 20 yards from the corner of French St. and Uriburu St.

RE: Mar del Plata
After reading about all the great tales of hobbyin' in Argentina, I'm lusting for a trip. I'm thinking late November/ early December or late January/early February for my first visit. Any preferences between the two periods weather wise or holiday/festival wise? November/December being their summer how warm would it be? Likewise in their fall (January/February)? Would a side trip from BA to Mar del Plata be a bit too adventurous for a neophyte to Argentina- and one who speaks a little spanish and not too fluently.
How safe is the 5 hour train ride? By that I mean it's route (considering current economic times) as well as the safety of one's self and luggage. Are the trains similar to Euro trains where you're luggage is overhead and you don't dare fall asleep or it may not be there later? Approximately what would one expect to pay for a round trip train ride compared to a flight? I haven't read about anyone having a recommended travel agent in BA? Would one's hotel typically be helpful here?
Where is the Hotel Manantiales in relation to the Sheraton and what star rating would you give it? Any ideas on the rates? 700 Internet cafes? How large is MDP? And by European and sophisticated should one take it to mean that people in MDP tend to dress rather fashionable. And how does this compare to Buenos Aires? I don't wish to be seen as impolite or the tacky tourist.
How would you split your time between BA and MDP for either a one week or two week trip?
Also on the la Plata thread there was mention of a remis. I read this as being a car and driver for hire. How does this work? Costs, contacting, finding reputable remis'?
To all the people on this board thanks for the wonderful info, anecdotes and ideas!

Andres,
Very nice report! I have a question: are there places like Estilo Nuevo Boliche in Palermo, for example? What about Boca? Barrio Norte? I assume that if you know La Capital Federal that there are places like Estilo Nuevo almost everywhere, can you tell me if I'm right about this? Also, how far a ride is the Flores Quarter from say Belgrano? DownBA
-
DownBA:
Depending on what do you consider Palermo (Palermo is the biggest neighborhood of the city), there could be some places. I remember that one of these were near the corner of Julian Alvarez St. and Santa Fe Av., but maybe the place is close now.
Forget about La Boca. The place is dangerous at night, and you won't find acceptable material. Constitucion is near La Boca, so people from La Boca do their hobbying in Constitucion. I heard that many TVs and SWs stroll near the "Puente Viejo" of Pedro de Mendoza Av, near Vuelta de Rocha. However, I heard that they charge p10 for BJ, so imagine the quality what you may find there.
Barrio Norte has private apartments instead of in-house activity, with the exception of the Cordoba Av. And Pueyrredon Av. area (La Saison, Pueyrredon between Cordoba and Paraguay; and Affaire). Usually, highly populated, upper middle class districts don't harbour these places.
Traditionally, the mongering quarters were Flores, Pacifico (Plaza Italia), Once (there is a place open in Rivadavia Av. and Matheu St.), Recoleta and Constitucion. These places followed the transportation proximity pattern (that is, all of these quarters are next to or near major railway or bus stations, Retiro being the exception)
Flores shoud be between 30 and 60 minutes from Belgrano (depending on the traffic hour), no more than 7-10 km away. A cab should charge less than p10. The JB Justo Av. connects Palermo with Flores (from Santa Fe Av. to Nazca Av.) Buy a Peuser Guide in any kiosco (newspaper booths). It comes with a map and descriptions.
High on Hobbyin:
Fall starts on March. In January and February, girls migrate to MDP to do business there. Maybe, that's the best time to hit the city.
You don't have to take a train. There are plenty of buses from Retiro for a few Dollars that will bring you there in 4 hours. Buses are cleaner and safer.
MDP usd to have 500k inhabitants, but the collapse of fishing and textiles industries made 10% migrate in the last 4 years. You may compare it with other Mediterranean major beach city, so there is some European influence (you should notice it in the architecture).
Hope this helps.

Andres,
Great reporting, great info, you really sound like you're having a great time fucking around La Capital Federal, wish I could be joining you but I don't think I'll be able to make it til October or November. Keep the great reports coming. DownBA

Would somebody please give me directions on how to view pics that people have posted on WSGForum? I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thanks, DownBA
