While what you posted about how 30 pesos isn't much to us is true. Our overpaying does have a serious impact to those that live there and CANNOT pay our prices.
Some consideration should be shown and we should pay local prices out of consideration for the locals who want sex.
Locals make no more than 400 pesos a month (average) so 100-150 pesos for a chica is huge to them. If we overpay and / or give monetary tips then that affects others-it may not impact us but it hurts others. If mongers want to be generous, perhaps they can give them a non-monetary gift like candy, perfume, etc.
We should pay based on the economy we are vacationing in, not based on the one we work and live in.

$AR800-1200 seems to be about the norm for the folks I talk to that have regular jobs. Even but even at that level $AR30 is a decent amount of money. I always just figure the number is the same in the US and Argentina, i.e. $20AR in BA feels about the same as $20US in the US. It's right next to 1709 Santa Fe. Okay, it is NOT between Puerreydon and Azcuenaga. It is between Rodriguez Pena and Callao. BUT you need to know what doorbell to press. You have to press the buzzer for the third floor AND then say, "Hola, Sylvia" and THEN you will get buzzed in. Otherwise you are fucked (or not fucked, actually). Take the elevator to the third floor and buzz another buzzer on the wall. Then and only then will you be escorted in.
Buses 39, 152, 37, 106 and many others go by here, and also it is four blocks from station Callao on Subte linea B.
