I am usually in town for a short time and Area VIP has worked well. I have been able to avoid the "hags" by searching reviews both in english here and in spanish elsewhere.
I think your chance of success is about 50% with this site versus 25-30% on others. I read review after about privados and wowen on the other websites and the reviewer often says the girl he saw was not the one in the photos or the photos were inaccurate.

Not that it is very important and to each their own.
There was a review on a local forum where the monger arranged an hour with a 35 year old escort.
