Are you sure it isn't $100 Pesos, not US. The same symbol ($) is used in Argentina. One site mentioned $29US and on another site the same girl was $100, meaning Pesos. There was aprevious discussion on this some time back, I think. I haven't been there yet so I'm not the expert on this. Looking for some confirmation on this.

It's funny because I think Black's can be inconsistent. I went there about 4 nights. One night it was how Toosh described it. One night it was how Starfe described it. The other 2 nights was a mixture. ALL of these places will have good nights and bad nights. For the most part though you can expect to pay more money at Black's. OK. You've been to CR and I' ve been to Cuba. Cuba is great - incredible women - but the prices are inflated - $75-100 althought the quality high, like I imagine BA - very smart twenty something amateurs going pro (GFE) because of the economic situation rather than seasonaly migrant hard cored pros from Colombia, DR, Brazil, Nicaragua, Panama - going to CR/San Jose to make fast money off the Gringo-s in the gulch to support their families back home ie SexMcDonalds/Disneyland commercial sex.

Argentinian Pesos are demoninated with the $, same as the US. Those prices are in $Pesos, not $US. This from an earlier message. But I don't recall which one.
For completo, see Hulk's posting on 8/2. It means oral, vaginal, and anal service, if not advertised it may be available, usually $50 Pesos additional.
