Business trip to Mendoza and BA
Hello, to everyone on the forums. I have been reading for a few days now as I will be on a trip to mendoza for 3 days, Salto for 1 night and 2 days in Buenos aires.
I really enjoy reading all of your expierences, and can't wait to get there, but I have a few questions.
1. Should I bother exchanging much currency or just pay for bigger expendatures with US dollars?
2. Is there much Chica action in Mendoza? All I read about is BA (I think I will do Fine there) But I would like to get some in Mendoza but are turned off by streetwalking types.
So is internet / escorts my best choice, and where to find for Mendoza or Salto?
3. Is there any thing from the US that I can bring to give as a gift to a chica, thats not too expensive here but well appreciated there. (lipstick, etc) What about items for the
Hotel staff and others who might help me get around with no spanish skills. Perhaps they value bourbon?
4. Unrelated to this forum. Is it worth my time to look for a bargain on any leather goods such as a nice jacket or shoes, should I get my significant other something?
Thanks again I will be sure to post about my travels, I am going with a good friend of mine who is a real monger.
I will toast you all with an excellent glass of Malbec
Forgot to mention I am from NY city not that it matters
Dario in Mendoza and Ramiro in BA.

425. 3186. 425. 1668.
RODRIGUEZ 384, 5ta seccion (esquina de Cnl. Rodriguez why Sobremonte.
He was my partner here in BA when we had a steakhouse.
Anyway, he is not a monger but he knows the owner of a whorehouse. Titty bar and he knows where the Privado is that is located accross the street from the Hyatt.
His place is called Fidelito's World Famous Burgers, something like that.
Facebook him if you'd like.
Tell him Ramiro from BA sent you.
He can take care of you there.
I can take care of you here!
AVOID ALL ESCORT SITES!
They are ripoffs.
You can have a custom made leather jacket in about 24 hours or a lot less in BA.
It is about the ONLY thing worth buying in Argentina. Maybe!
I am fully bi-lingual, offer city tours and sexual tours.
Dario is a GREAT guy but he is going to get married and has given up chasing girls!
I on the other hand must reach my goal of 15, 000 before I get married.
Feel free to pm me and call me the moment you arrive in BA!
Some things take a little time to arrange, girls, leather, tours, etc.
Take Care,
TL.
P. S. Most girls only appreciate Ben Franklin but little things don't hurt.
Ideal items are things like perfume samples. Just hit all the malls and shops and get a sack full of perfume samples.
Black market exchange rate is a lot higher than bank rate. Exchange here in BA for about $4. 75 to $1. 00! Closing in on $5!
As for Salta you are fucked! Just a bunch of Indians! Mongering will be awful! You may find ultra young, ultra ignorant out of towners though!

On my way back to Ba / mendoza
I'm so excited, I will be heading back to BA town for a couple of days. I might actually have some free time during the day.
Will be with some other fun loving guys, should be a good trip.
I do have a general question : What is worth doing seeing during the day in Ba? Last time I went on a boat ride in the delta, saw the cemetary.
Is there something I should go see or do?
Again I would like to thank TL (ramiro) for providing his services to out of town guests. Maybe this time we can actually meet, go out for dinner.
Question can you guys get good bourbon down there? Would that be appreciated if given as a gift?
Looking forward to visiting this interesting country, and enjoying its best natural resource (chicas) Any recomendations you guys can make would be appreciated.
I don't have a lot of time to spend, so would like to make the most of it.
Depends on the day and what you like

They have english speaking tours on even numbered hours starting at 10am. The cost is 110P last time I looked. I toured Casa Rosada once, it was cool but kind of a pain in the ass to do. You have to show up early with your passport and register then come back later for the tour. It's been years since I've done it, back then no charge, no idea today. I've always thought those double decker bus tours looked interesting but I've never done one.
If you like art, there is the Malba and the Museum of Fine Arts.
Wandering aimlessly in Palermo starting at Plaza Serrano (Serrano and Honduras) is cool if it's not too hot.
I've never heard anybody complain about TL's walking tours.
Of course there is always the old standby of dropping some V and buying out a privado. For what you posted about your Madahos girl you could buy out most PV's for an hour or so and check the "guy with harem" fantacy off your list. U$S300 would get you 5 girls for an hour at most PV's. (This isn't a price police comment)
I don't know how long you are going to be here.
The Delta trips are an all day affair. If you are used to a higher level of comfort you will not find it on the train to Tigre. I use it when I go out there but it's certainly no plush by any standard. It's about 80 minutes to get out there with lots of stops from Retiro. Of all the trains though the Tigre line is the least dodgy. If you want to make a day of it you could also take the Mitre line out to the end, transfer to the Tren de la Coste which drops you off right in front of the Casino and easy walking distance to the Mercado de las Frutas, though that is not very near the boats that tour the Delta. Also for the love of God don't go on a weekend, the traffic is un-freaken-believable. On Saturday or Sunday the only realistic option to get into Tigre is the train.
I know nothing about hunting anything beyond the small shellfish known as "conchita" in BsAs.
