Yes most of us don't read Spanish but with the help of a translator you can pretty much figure it out.

The bottom line is we are paying a good deal more than our Argentine Amigo's.

Hey - read this thread on the forum you linked to. My Spanish is not so good, but they are discussing whether to charge more to tourists. This forum is also referenced in the thread:

She is asking for opinions as to if it is alright to charge tourists more than the local guys. Best thing to do is to find out what the locals pay and stick to that price. Easier to do if you are fluent in Spanish. Yet you can always say that is what the locals pay and hold firm.

Also the street rats that advertise for the place hand out little flyers on the street that have the prices listed right on them. Just show them your coupon. I recieved a few of them just walking around el centro even in front of police officers.

IMHO, the first one is the best, by far (but far from perfect)

Just beware:

- These fori began as individual initiatives and ended up being part of groups of escorts websites belonging to the same developers. I wonder if they also own some privados (such as Uruguay 383) so they may be biased in what they let post and what not.

- On the local slang, we refer as "840" to pimps who participate there in order to advertise for free by means of posting fake experiences (840 is the number of an article of the Civil Code that stipulate women exploitation as a crime) You'll see many accusations, specially to new members who rave about a given place in 3 consecutive messages. In short, don't believe that local posters contribute with 100% genuine info.

- Many experiences relate to places located far from downtown (you need a car) or with chicas who have a stream of "usual customers" and who aren't necessary open to meet new guys. What I mean is that experiences posted (many times shorted as "XP") may not be available to someone visiting downtown BA for a week.

- Webmasters are much less tolerant that Jackson, so if you want to start flame wars, be prepared to be banned quickly.

- Even though you will find postings regarding very affordable experiences, it is a urban myth that locals pay way less than foreigners for top quality chicas. At least for the top Platynum girls, local mongers are paying ARS 200-300 per hour.

- As in AP, you will also find there the pervasive group off "resident wackos": For instance, guys who are addicted to hobby but who feel "guilty" about what they do, or the local versions of Nibu Raphaels who post about every boliche and never went to anyone.

In short, these boards are very useful, but don't take them as 100% gold.
