I will be traveling next week to BA and I have been reading the posts. Very good Info.

Even if they don't speak Spanish, 4 out of 5 will be able to give you their address and set up a time in Spanglish over the phone. I did it for years.

What is no longer available are good walk up houses where you do not need an appointment that you can use as an alternative if communication fails.
