Do NOT Rent This Apartment

A friend of mine had a really bad experience with this apartment, the landlord was a nightmare, shit kept breaking and he would never fix it. My friend complained and eventually the landlord told him that he knew mafiosos that would break his legs if he didn't stop.

With soooo many bad landlords here I figured this was a thread who's time had come.
