Try to avoid searching for properties in December and January!

Hello everybody,

Don't go property searching in Buenos Aires during December and January! No one is around to show them!

Just thought I'd save you time! Last year I was doing searches towards the end of December and most of January and either the property owners were all on vacation, or the real estate agents weren't available. Never have I seen such a "lack of effort" to sell properties! We worked so hard for nothing!

And then, if you do find the property and everyone accepts the price, you will have to "hope and pray" that the title inspector is not on vacation!
