Interesting article, except where he states that Argentina is still inexpensive! That and he points out that the goverment is a major problem!

Can't help worrying about him a little with all this news in Algeria / Mali etc.

The guy reminds me of that "sovereign man" fella based in Chile. Both are making bank off disaffected expats.
