I smell trouble in the wind. I would not be too sure about launching an escort site in this web site Jackson. I for one think we will see more gov't intervention in the whole arena of hooking up with the women of Argentina. The only thing that can save us now will be that Argentine lawmakers will continue to think with the little head and not the big one:) (I know there is little reason for THAT to change)

I am simply guessing . Maybe the route between Cafe Exedra and Catto's is being referred to as Prostitution Plaza by the female reporter who has documented this article.

There are bad things that go on in the trade, for sure, and I don't have a problem with underage shit being targeted, and those who are basically sex slaves being freed. But I think we all know that the majority of what goes on here ain't like that.
Did anyone read the comments below the story? There were comments about legalizing the trade and making it more above ground, and from a quick review, it appeared to me that more of these attitudes had more agreement than the ones who were espousing religious or "woe is me the women are falling on their backs" stuff. Don't worry, Tmontana, it's not going away or evne underground any time soon!
This is why posts advertising the selling of virgins and anything else of that nature are completely unnecessary on this forum. Not only is it illegal but it gives people like this reporter filler for her otherwise clueless article.

I think "prostitute plaza" is a imaginary name given by the reporter to "dramatize" her report.
She probably did not want to give the real name of the streets to ensure that the readers of her article do not easily find the girls, in case they decide to fly to BA after reading her article in search of prostitutes. Giving real street names would in one way help in advertising prostitution in BA and guiding the "predator" to the "prey".:-)

I believe that the picture could correspond to Plaza Once (take a look at the blue sign of the subway A line) It also fits with the description of many Dominican hookers. The expression "Prostitution Plaza" is probably a great literary find of the author of this superb masterpiece of journalism, and might well be a metaphor for Plaza Once.
