Another possibility - more for the world-cruising sailor; I heard about it at a meeting of the Seven Seas Cruising Association:

They offer a USA mailing address, of course; plus a USA voice-mail service and "Mail Scan" so that you can read a Web image of your incoming paper mail. Service is more oriented to world-cruising sailors, but useful to anyone living and long-term traveling abroad.
