NO TIP. For a high-price escort (eg. 500 pesos), a great service level is expected at that price. It's factored in the price.
PROBABLE TIP. Any chica who clearly gives something above and beyond normal, and which you accept. For example giving you an extra half hour or more, or agrees to something PSE like a facial.
MAYBE. Great service at a low or normal price point. At a low price point, I would probably just consider it the right thing to do. At a normal price, I would factor in whether there is an expectation on the chica's part, and possible disappointment or reduced service next time if a tip is not provided. If a tip doesn't seem to be an issue with her, then your repeat business shows your appreciation, and you can tell her that's why you keep coming back.

USA does not pay waiters a living wage. The system is structured to require a tip. Argentina and most social democracies have a stronger trade union systems. Argentina waiters / waitresses have a set wage scale and benefits and are not as dependant on tips to live. The general porteno approraoch is no tip or 5% up to 10% for excellent service. For me in Argentina a 10% tip is the equivalent of a 20 to 25% tip in the USA-rare but sometimes well desrved.
