Saw this report on a judge ruling that it is ok to prohibit the temporary rental to tourists in a building if previous tourist renters broke the conduct aggreement all owners of a particular building sign. Effectively if you own a place and one group of short term tenants get rowdy and your neighbors choose they can require you to not rent to tourists on short term rentals any more.
