Buenos Aires Habitat

Anyone have used them in the past? Are they reliable, legal and chcas friendly? Any advice on apartment rental would be greatly appreciated.

I have used them a few times in the past.

They are above board and I suspect one of the better agencies.

However be aware they are getting 10% to 15% more than the actual owner of the apartment would charge you.

Try to make contacts with the actual owners of the apartments and you will save a bunch.

I realize this may be hard to do when you are in the USA, but when you are in BsAs, try to find options for the next time.

Porteros know who the owners are.
